Booked online to get car serviced and to get my Tire Pressure light checked. Checked tire pressure light which somehow managed to cost just under $100 (Blue Knob Auto did a free diagnostics when I had my car serviced there 5k miles ago). Did not service car. Needed serviced for the holidays as travelling. Will not go back.

Had an appointment with a check engine light. They didn’t bring the truck back until 1 hour after the appointment.. ridiculous. There’s a reason we made an appointment otherwise we would I just showed up if we wanted to spend 2 hours for a check engine light.

Very friendly service,good selection of vehicles to choose from. Easy location to find using Google maps. Test driving was quick and simple. The salesman I had was knowledgeable on all the vehicles I drove.

I wasn't impressed by the customer service there. Do you know how many times that my mom brought her old car because the noise? 6! Afterwards, she got her car back and still constantly makes that same noise! And oh, Oil change, didn't take till like four months to get it changed? They rush and didn't take their time with fixing cars! Now she has a Jeep Patriot from Blaise Alexander in State College, better Service there! That's how I'm disappointed that the service isn't friendly.

I purchased a 2008 silverado for $17500, had it for three weeks and rust started to come through from the inside out on the rear fender. Called and asked if they could repair it which will cost around $800 or more ,they basically said sorry about your luck. I will never do business with them again, I am going to loose thousands on this truck. I would stay away from Dean Patterson.

This place a terrible place to deal with. They flat lied to me about purchasing a vehicle using a supplier discount. I'll drive an hour away before I buy from these people. Their prices aren't good anyways.

After reading the previous reviews about Dean Patterson Cadillac Chevrolet Mazda Hyundai I experienced exceptional customer service. I have never had any problems dealing with any of the people in the sales department and my experience with the service department was great. Everyone who works for this dealership is very professional and helpful. My car has been scheduled and worked perform with no problems. I have to suggest that anyone please dont judge from the previous reviews. This is a great place to purchase a car and the service is a thumbs up.
