Large selection of atvs all inside people seem nice.
Purchased a new 6 six seater Polaris Ranger in Feb. '17 ,very pleased with the deal. Thank you Joe our salesman. Easy place to purchase from no pressure to buy.
Great selection of powersports. Fair prices and great customer service.
Very helpful, i like doing business with five star. Im only giving 4 because they dont have polaris products
Been dealing with these guys for some years. If you need your hand held the entire time , this probably isn't the place for you , as an adult I am expected to be able to handle portions of my life on my own , BUT anytime I wanted or needed something , I went and found who's job it was and someone handled it , so I'd say service is pretty good.
I LIKE the fact that when looking at the bikes and extras I do not have a sales person breathing down my neck. I can play in here for an hour without being bothered and when I want something . I go find someone and tell them what I want/need and it gets done. I've bought machines from them , got inspections , parts , service and it's all been good.
I returned a battery once under warranty and I thought the young kid might give me grief as I think he thought I messed it up , but he didn't say a word and just replaced it.
Which was good , I've been charging batteries longer than he has been on the planet.
I would like an occasional new T-shirt .but they seem to be strictly related to the sales of the machines they have.
2 new tires and brakes and a set of riding boots won't get me a T-shirt?
Come on , who doesn't love free T-shirts ..
But they are up front , I have asked about doing better on price , and they just say "No" , prices are good but I have to try anyhow and at least they are up front about it , same with every other transaction I have had. Never been lied to here , but if you expect to be wined and dined .probably not going to happen. Just up front , straight dealings. Nothing wrong with that unless you have very thin skin.
Between me and my grandfather, we bought several things here. My Pap had trouble with the original scooter he bought and they could never figure out the problemuntil he sold it back. Then, miraculously it was fixed. So I gave him mine. He passed away and it was part of the estate. I didn't want it and it had to be sold. I was honest and said that it had a dead battery and an oil leak at this point. They called me back to tell me they didn't want it and it wasn't worth anything. I was fine with that. But then the attitude started. They didn't have time to take it to the junk yard (even though they have the equipment). So I guess I should strap the thing on the roof of my little car. I told them I didn't know what to do and asked them to call the attorney and see what he suggested. "I'm not calling anyone!" First, do you have any idea how your attitude and lack of professionalism has just sealed that I'll never use your shop (or recommend it to anyone) again? And second, apparently you've never worked and been in a position to settle an estate or you'd have some compassion. It's not easy. Everytime I'm in there you see guys sitting on the phone, trying hard to blow people off, acting like more than they are. All this AFTER they blew off my phone call because they were too busy, forcing me to actually physically go in. Bet it'd be a different story had I been looking to buy. Long story shorthigh prices and rude people! But everyone has their day
Joe was awesome. showed up and he had everything pretty much done didn't have to wait around for anything. I highly recommend going. Thanks again Joe for making my buying experience fast and easy.
My husband and I just moved to the area from a different state and he and I came here with interest of purchasing new HD's The only salesman who asked if we needed help after standing around forever with no help, seemed like we were bothering him with questions. That really turned us off by that and his unwarranted attitude. We found a place called Number One Cycle in Centre Hall and purchased 2 new Harley's. We will also be purchasing a new Tri Glide from number one Harley in the spring for a long trips. the only good thing that came out of our visit with this place what's the poor service that send us somewhere else to do business!
I bought a brand new 2012 R1 here over two years ago. Bike was well maintained despite sitting for 2+ years. It still runs immaculate.
Absolutely Terrible! I called about about a 2014 dirt bike I saw on cycle Trader. Seeing on the same site 2016 bikes listed for only $100ish more, I asked if there was any wiggle room on the 2014. I was told "wow that sounds like a good deal on the others you saw". The guy was not even interested in a possible sale? I said to him he seemed not interested at all to sell me anything and he told me to never call him back and hung up. Watch out for these guys!
Literally wish I could give them 0 Stars. Drove 3 hours to look at a used bike which when I arrive, I am told that I am not allowed to test ride. My option is to buy the bike and I can ride it all day and bring it back if I don't like it. Of course I don't see this anywhere in writing and I am being told this 30 minutes before they close. Oh wait, you came from out-of-state then we can't give you a tag either so all you can do is buy the bike and then ride it around the parking lot. Meanwhile, Joe is giving me a speech about how he's never sold a used bike that has any problems so I shouldn't worry. I guess I'm not supposed to notice the fork oil dripping out of the right leg or the puddle of fluid underneath the bike.
