I got ripped off for 1000 dollars. They play number games! On the window it said one price with trade in. When I get back from the financing company with the money now they want $1000 down. I already got the loan, I'm ready to drive my new truck and they hit me with this $1000 down that was never agreed on before I left for the loan company. While I was out getting the loan they were at the office making up a crazy bill of sale that I never would have agreed to before I left to get the loan to close the deal. I had to pay $1000 down at the end of the sale. doesn't down mean I would have given them $1000 before I got the loan.? They put me on the spot, made me fork over another 1000 bucks before they would close the deal. After I drive it for a few hours the engine light comes on, I go back to show them and they put a tester thing on it and it says a piston isn't firing, they just turn off the engine light and say "ts ok, its running fine".

I would never again purchase another vehicle from them. Took the truck to be inspected and was told that the truck needed fifteen hundred dollars in repairs that should have been done last year, Completely rusted under body that they spray coated. They are not truthful and their vehicles are junk. J and P, also known as junk and putty. never purchase a vehicle from there if you care about what you buy.

I seen all the cars backed into each other, I asked the guy about that and he started getting smart and said "yeah we just smash them into each other" and blamed it on the owner, all the cars are overpriced, I will never buy a car from here.

Just wanted to put this out there and give the recognition these guys deserve. The other day I totaled my truck. I call these guys and came in that day. The helped me out with getting a new ride.. Paul, mark, and buddy, went above and beyond to make sure I left there with a new ride that I was happy with.. this has been the 4 vehicle I have bought from them.. and been happy with them all.. if there is a problem they are rite on it to make it rite.. honesty and integrity, go along way with these guys.. they do everything they can to make u leave happy and satisfied, with your new car or truck.. thank you very much for working with me and making me feel happy about my purchase.. if there's a problem with something these guys are rite on it to make it rite and make u feel satisfied. Sold me a 2003 F-150 3 years ago that i flew all the way from Texas for to buy up front, they told me over the phone it had no rust and i stupidly believed them. After having the truck for 6 months i had to replace the entire A/C system, GAS TANK, and suspension that has costed me around 3000$. Also, the trucks frame has three 2 inch holes in it with the entire frame AND body of the truck crusting away! The floor on the passenger side of the truck already has started falling out! They charged me 12k for a truck worth 3k at most so i feel pretty sick trusting these people and will NEVER make the same mistake again.
