My house had hard flooring on the main floor, I was looking for installing the same wood in the basements and the stairs. I came to DFO because of another referral.

We cannot be happier with the results, Charbel explained me all the options with clear pros and cons. Once we made the decision, he took care of getting exactly the same wood I had in the house, and coordinate with the installers. They really pay attention to the details, totally recommendable.

Some of the best customer service I've had ordering carpet. I spoke with Sharpel the most and he was so helpful with the whole process in finding the carpet and getting it to us. Worth noting they didn't do the installation, we are able to do that ourselves at our business. Definitely ordering from them again. Out of all the places I called for a certain commercial grade carpet tile design they got back to me fast and worked with me the whole process.
