  Carlos did an amazing job assembling our patio heater. We had ordered a new one because a previous one that was assembled for us by a handyman looked very crooked. We decided to hire FlatPack since they specialize in assembly to assemble our new heater, and I'm so glad we did. Carlos was next level professional. He even had some kind of special leveling tool to make sure everything came out just perfect. And then he fixed our old heater and straightened it out for us. We are so pleased, and I will definitely use FlatPack Assembly & Delivery for any future purchases that I need to have assembled.

  If you're reading this, you're likely in search of a reliable, friendly and affordable mover or assemblage company - and you found it. FlatPack Assembly & Delivery saved the day for me as I was planning to move furniture from DC to Maryland - from my desk in Colorado. Dave was a joy to speak with - and in no time, an email was sent to confirm date/time and rate - which by the way was far lower than the market. There's just no reason to go anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough. Give Marc or Dave a call - and you'll see for yourself what it feels like to have the burden of planning a move off your shoulders

  Flatpack picked up a sideboard from Ballard Design at Tyson's Corner and delivered it to our home. The customer service experience was terrific. The pick up was scheduled within 48 hours and the truck arrived within the time frame quoted. But most importantly, the delivery foreman was outstanding. I wish I had gotten his name, as he deserves a promotion!

  Tre was willing to take the time to install my front license plate bracket on my vehicle. it only took him 17 minutes to complete it. It would have taken me at least 4 hrs. Flatpack did a great job. I recommend them. Tyrone S. DC
