The staff was very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. Every member of the staff was very helpful and accessible. When you experience fire or water damage, it can be stressfulso we are very thankful that there is such a caring company out there, showing compassion for their clients, as well as, remedying their issues. The biggest thank you to everyone at the company for their great advice and serious attention to detail throughout the whole ordeal!

This team is very quick and efficient! The are super knowledgeable about remediation and will even work with the insurance company to make sure all the paperwork is filled out correctly.

My experience with SERVPRO was outstanding. Imagine coming home in the evening to the most horrific smell coming from the basement only to discover that the septic had backed up into the house due to the recent storms. SERVPRO sent a team over and had everything cleaned up much faster than I had originally expected. They worked extremely hard and efficiently in some less-than-ideal conditions and in addition to all of that they were polite and showed concern for our home. Needless to say I was impressed with the entire experience and would most definitely recommend SERVPRO of Yonkers South to anyone!
