Exceptional work and customer service! As stressful as the process of remodeling can be, they made it hassle free. Not only did they finish in a promised time frame, but the quality of work had me blown away. Cannot recommend more! Top notch business that truly cares about their costumers.

My wife and I went into the “showroom” on a Saturday and talked with the project manager about redoing a master suite and also a powder room. After a long discussion about what we were looking to have done, we were asked if we wanted to set up an appointment with the owner Mark. The appointment was set up for five days later. An hour before the appointment Mark calls and says that looking at the list of things we needed that they didn’t do many of them. Why didn’t the project manager say so? Windows I understand. I am not sure how reconfiguring a bathroom - enlarging the shower, redoing electrical and plumbing, removing a wall, drywalling, tiling and cabinetry are not a part of what they do. I guess they only do cabinetry. He said the work could be done by a handyman. Sorry I want my plumbing and electrical done by a licensed professional. It was disrespectful of our time and unprofessional to wait to the last minute to cancel the appointment. My wife wasted her vacation time to attend this appointment.

Great experience working with Mark and team. The crew was timely, professional and left the work site clean every night. They worked around our needs with a toddler and a tight time frame to belated first birthday party and even came back three weeks later to install late arriving drawer pulls that we had ordered.
