  Used to love this place, I sent many clients here to pick out tile and they had great pricing which I passed along. The old manager was a woman who was nice and easy top work with. Now it is under new management and they will not sell to me because I'm "only an installer". The new manager said my account in their computer was no longer valid. I can no longer offer competitive pricing.

  My misfortune was trusting their recommendation to buy their products through their distributor, Tile Temptations.
  
  I have never been this ripped off, inconvenienced, and treated so inconsiderately and dishonestly, in my 53 years.
  
  I just found out that Tile Temptations charged us DOUBLE for a good deal of tile; because, after having moved on to Seller's Tile for more of the tile I needed, their price told on them. I just ordered more of the very same glass tile from Seller's Tile for HALF of what Tile Temptations charged us.
  
  I had moved on because I had the worst experience across the board on a multi-material/space reno order exceeding $20,000.00.
  
  They promised delivery dates which were not true. They measured and ordered less than we needed for four areas; resulting in costly and inconvenient delays. They charged us dearly for these fill in materials and delivery charges. They failed to accept responsibility or show the proper responsibility, by paying to rush under ordered fill in orders. They failed to find the marble of a shorted order, and strung us out for two weeks with false info; only to find out that the stuff we got was no longer available because we got a remnant of the wrong color marble, of which there was no more. They double-charged us for this wrong marble; and, after all this refused to refund the pre-charge for fill in un-matched boxes and for over charging for the remnant from the start.
  
  At the end of it, we were faced with the reality that we were the victims of what amounted to a litany of lies, manipulation, inconsideration, irresponsibility, and criminal gouging.
  
  Go anywhere else!
  
  As an update of information:
  We returned the wrong material to Tile Temptations weeks ago; and, they have failed to issue the refund they owe us.
  
  We are not surprised.
