  I was a patient at New Day.
  
  Jaylin, JB, Kiara, Angela, Dewayne, April, Dot, Sheila, Melissa, Chris, and the entire dietary staff- thank you.
  
  Dr. Esin has room to grow.
  
  Dr. Lopez was somewhat more patient and kind, but honestly.. why the hell did it take 25 days to observe a high functioning patient? That was pretty damn ridiculous. I survived being in patient with a homicidal sexual deviant. I guess I can handle anything now.

  While the service itself was acceptable, the wait time is ridiculous. We where called back relatively fast but after getting into our room it took over an hour for any staff to actually get to helping us. This was not alleviated by the fact that it took them only 3 minutes to tell us what was wrong with our child, moreover they had multiple staff helping with from what I could tell a non-life threatening case and completly ignoring us entirely. I feel that this centers main problem is its "yes or no" priorities. There is no such thing as special case and due to this some things are ridiculously more important than other cases of similar caliber.

  The staff was so nice and very quick. Anywhere I go they are always rough taking x-rays but not at Dale medical center. And Dr. Hart was very understanding. 5 stars and best hospital around!!!

  I had emergency surgery at Dale Medical Center. I could not have imagined the wonderful care afforded me by everyone with whom I came into contact. Doctors, nurses, and support staff were absolutely outstanding, and I will never forget them. What a gem of a hospital!

  Nurse Starla Jones is so amazing. She has always been caring and quick to act in helping me feel better every time I experienced an emergency situation. Her and Dr Thomas Rose has shown compassion and a genuine interest in helping me get better..And I appreciate that so much.

  Came in at 1 am for an emergency room visit and the whole staff was very kind and eager to do anything they could to make my wife feel more comfortable and to care for her. They got right onto solving the problem and I am very happy we didn't try to wait to see a primary care physician. Would recommend their ER!

  I recently spent a week at this hospital and was so very impressed by the level of care I received. Loved the nursing staff that took care of me !
