  Do not shop here. I went in to test drive a Subaru and the steering axle literally broke down whil parking the car in reverse. This place will guarantee sell you broken cars. Spend your money elsewhere.

  I purchased a vehicle from DRT auto. When I arrived home, I noticed there was some glass damage. I immediately returned to DRT auto and spoke to the manager. He claimed not to know about the damage and stated he was going to repair the problem. To this date, after numerous phone calls and messages, no one has responded to my phone calls. Before they have your money everyone is very friendly but after, you are on your own! The manager claimed he was going to replace the damaged glass but never did. Now the 30-day 1500-mile warranty has expired. If you are looking for a vehicle, I recommend you look elsewhere!!!

  I recently purchased my Hyundai Sonata 2011 from DRT and it was my first time financing and purchasing a car EVER! So I definitely didn't know what to expect. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and friendly which made the process a lot more comforting. I was well welcomed and attended to during my visit, but I also did not feel pressured or hovered over.
  
  The secretary/coordinator Jennifer got me the keys to every single car I wanted to test drive and even recommended certain cars that she thought would be good for me based my price range. She helped me apply for my loan with a first time buyer program offered by a credit union that the company is close with, and I was approved with a fairly low interest rate. I would not have had any idea where to go or how to begin the loan application process and she relieved me from having to figure it out on my own or simply just listen to whatever my parents told me. She even helped me get insurance! Needless to say, Jennifer made the process of being forced to finance a car after an unfortunate situation so painless and much less overwhelming than I had anticipated that day to be.
  
  I highly recommend DRT to anyone purchasing or financing a car. They offer excellent service and almost ALL, definitely MOST of the cars on their lot are super clean and in good condition. The Hyundai I bought had absolutely no major issues, and while my car was under warranty they honored their word by servicing all repairs that I found to be wrong with the car after having a diagnosis done by the Hyundai dealership that DRT was unaware of at the time of purchase.
  
  I have no complaints about my experience here and I would definitely go out of my way to purchase another car from DRT in the future!

  This place is great. The customer service is amazing. I brought a vehicle as is and had issues with it and they STILL fixed it for me. I recommend DRT to anyone.

  I drove 45 minutes to possibly buy a car the same day. I couldn't test drive the used car that has been on the lot for over 20 days unless they run my credit according to the manager, Kim. The most absurd thing ever.

  I purchased a Volvo wagon from Alan at DRT. He is very friendly and open. He put the car on a lift so I could inspect the underside. There were a few issues after the purchase. Alan was very reasonable, fair and easy to work with to come to a resolution of the issues. How a business handles the problems reflects more on their honesty and integrity than when the sale goes flawlessly. I would buy from DRT again.

  I was stopped by a kind gentlemen at a light this morning, that told me my break light was not working. Thank Goodness I was not rear ended or stopped by a police. Come to know, it was my car's Left rear break light, and 3rd brake light high top. About less then two months ago, my husband and I bought two cars from this company, with a warranty. We are happy with the cars, they were extremely accommodating. I called this morning to find out if I could bring my car late this afternoon, for I have to leave out of town for the weekend, and I do not want the police to stop me, both higher management and staff, said to me they could not wiggle me in until next week. I am saddened and upset, that knowing we had just bought two cars from them, less then two months ago, they were unwilling to accommodate me in, for a simple procedure. In the real world, everyone deserves a second chance. I had great customer service today and Allen, the manager made sure I was satisfied with the work they did on the car, and I was. Thank you for all the work and I am extremely satisfied with DRT.
