Terrible service. Food was forgotten. It took 50 mins just for the salads to come out. Then it took multiple trips, each taking 10 more mins, to get the bill fixed.
The food is okay. The atmosphere is good.
Edit: I will add that I visited this place for lunch.. Also the management got back to me and apologized for the service. I've bumped up the star accordingly.response / report this review -

The waitress was excellent. They seated our party of 18 quickly. The food was excellent! The waitress suggested the spare ribs and they were perfect! She also suggested a wood-smoked old fashioned that was amazing

Never Again. I gave it two stars because it's a great location. Nothing else about the evening was good. The service was extremely slow, and the restaurant was not busy at all. Which I guess should have been our first clue considering it was a Friday night at 7 p.m. . The wedge salad I ordered was old lettuce with that copper coloring to it and tasted bitter and the spring mix in the house salad my husband ordered was just as bad. The drink I ordered a plain bourbon old fashioned with Maker's Mark tasted horrible. How do you mess up an old fashioned in Louisville? Our entree came, we said we wanted to split the 14 oz ribeye done medium rare. They brought us a half a rack of ribs split for two people? Seriously? So they went back to the kitchen and requested the proper food. When the steak finally arrived it was raw inside it was so raw cold that the butter they put on top of it wasn't even melted a little. So that had to be remade when we finally got our steak cooked to the correct temperature it was a little tough but the seasoning was quite good. Overall will never go nack.

So disappointed a group of us had reservations well in advanced with a confirmation which we showed and liz their manager didn't care. Said we cant accept it and challenged how we got it. Nonetheless she offer nothing for our inconvenience as all other restaurants in the area had been booked. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent casual fine dinning. The food is fantastic- excellent selection of fresh daily seafood. Superb steak. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

Deserves 1/2 star. Waiter good but don't go there with a large party. They can't handle it, Can you image being in a restaurant and being told they ran out if tea bags for the last couple of days. Hey manager there is a CVS across the street. Go over and buy a box. When we sat down we were told to order our entrees quickly because they had another large party. When it came time to order dessert the waiter made an announcement that we shouldn't order dessert because it would take too long to get.

The shrimp cocktail and raw oysters were FABULOUS. Leave after your appetizer. Waited an hour an fifteen minutes for a bad rib eye sandwich, awful service where the server barely checked on us. I was with a party of six, and no one found their entree worthwhile. We were tempted to go across the street and get pizza and bring it back to our table. Save your money. The art on the walls isn't even any good.

Average food, but terrible service. Went in for lunch during the week. The place was empty other than two other tables seatedat 12:00pm! We waited 40 minutes for food. The food was average and price was good, but service was abhorrent Will not be back.

Good selection of drinks, limited but good options in food menu and food is really really cheap here if you look at the quality and taste. Food is delicious. Nice place to eat and drink.

A bunch of friends and myself went in to have a 'night on the town' and had an extremely bad experience here. We sat down and waited 10 minutes to order drinks. Once the drinks were ordered, we waited another 15 minutes and decided to leave. The only waitress in the whole bar rushed out to grab us and said our drinks were 'ready.' We went back in and waited about 5 minutes to receive the drinks that were 'ready.' We then decided to close out. Meanwhile, she's the only wait staff and one bartender in the whole place.
Waited yet another 15 minutes to finally check out. We received several bills that had invalid charges on them, and as icing on the cake, an additional 20% gratuity added on while sitting at the bar! I've never seen that at ANY bar.
Tl;dr - Stay far away from this place. They're understaffed, and work every angle to try and take advantage of you. We'll never go again.response / report this review -

Food was disappointing overall. Goat cheese app was good. We had two NY strip orders and both were disappointing. Food quality not on par with pricing.
