10/16/2020 Dentist time again, Smiley and Tori and MD along with staff at the front desk were superb. I hate the dentist and Smiley made me feel at ease talking to me and telling me jokes. Loved the jokes, Smiley thank you for making me feel comfortable and keeping my anxiety at bay. She later on took me took me to Tori, also exceptional young lady and the Md was gentle while doing my dental work. All around I definitely had a pleasurable experience by the time I left. Thanks for all you do.😍🥰😻😺
9/11/2020Chelsea, MD. and the rest of the staff thank you for being so friendly and caring. My first ever dentist appt in Kentucky!! I was completely petrified being there and all made me feel safe. Chelsea thanks for talking to me and make me less nervous. I appreciate all you did today. You all might think it wasn't much but it meant the world too me. 🥰😻

I had all my teeth extracted prior, and they took molds and made dentures for me, wonderful staff! Wonderful dentures! The first dental assistant that took care of me the first time check in on me every time I came back because she was so excited to see the end result! Just a very caring and gentle staff! Will recommend all my friends to them!

Dr. Carver and Claire did an excellent job. They practiced safe procedures and determined i needed a extraction. I arrived on time..I was seen shortly after my appointment time. Everything went really well. I really like this Dental Office..they have experienced employeesthat completely do whatever it takes to do the job. Safely

This place gave me the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Everyone that works here is extremely kind and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I got in early and was out in no time. I had to have a tooth pulled and the doctor I saw was very nice and had my tooth out in about 5 minutes. I'll definitely be going back in the future!

I received my partial today. It looks very nice. It only took 2 days from start to finish. I just had dinner (pork roast) & there were no problems. Every one was very helpful & positive. Great job. Thank you.

Craftsmanship of my flip has been great. However; the service I received there was horrible. To the point I refused to let the dentist that was working on finish and they had to bring a different one into the room. During removing my tooth they actually chipped the front one beside it. When I noticed it, I called them on it. They tried to tell me they didn't do it. Well thats funny because it wasn't like that before I came in there. I even verified it by zooming in on a photo of the day before that showed my front teeth. Their answers was pretty much they couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say I was very angry and never went back to them again.

If I could give this office negative stars I would. They refused to let me come back with my father, who needs help describing his dental issues and has numerous health issues effecting his dental care. So because of the snotty little assistant, his care suffered. As a registered dental assistant myself, I expect offices to accommodate special situations like this one, rather than shut out family and other educated assistants. It is so unfortunate that this office is the closest office that accepts his insurance. We will be traveling further in the future just to receive proper, standard dental care. I'm absolutely appalled at the treatment they give families, and the fact that my dad is absolutely terrified of going back himself, and can explain the issues at hand. As an assistant, my patient or their care taker is who would know the daily issues we deal with. This assistant isn't taking him as a person who knows the issues, she's trying to figure it out herself, when I am truly the one with the answers the the appropriate questions. I'm completely fed up and disgusted with the treatment received at DCOF. I wouldn't recommend this place for a dogs dental care. By far the worst office staff I've ever encountered in all of my years in the dental field.

I cannot tell you how happy I was with the services received at Dental Center of Florence. Although they are not primarily a pediatric establishment; I went in with my child who had lost a permanent tooth, they were more than willing to help us out, knowing that the tooth could have been lost for good if they didn't work fast. The entire staff went above and beyond. They not only took us in on a whim, they worked quickly, explained everything, and even called to check on my child's well being the following week. Highly recommend!!!!!

Amber and Dr. Hunter did an amazing job at making me feel right at home and not making me feel judged in anyway what so ever, and worked the whole day to make sure I had my dentures that day. The whole Florence crew is friendly and accommodating

Ashley (Smiley) always cleans my teeth. She is very gentle and all the staff makes me comfortable. When I have a dental emergency they get me in right away and take great care of me. Would highly recommend.

I had a double extraction. Dr. Hunter was amazing. Professional, polite and extremely effective/efficient. Did not talk condescendingly to me when explaining the procedure which is unusual for a medical professional. If I lived in Kentucky I would come here for literally everything dentist related.

I forgot the name of Dr. Hunters assistant but she was excellent as well. All told I was in and out in 1.5 hours. I would absolutely recommend this place for the discerning uninsured individual because of their reasonable prices and high standard of professionalism and care.

This business is very well run. It is a large office and in the 10 times I have been there I have seen great respect among the employees. The surgeon I work with and all of his assistants treat me like they are happy to spend all the time I need to get questions answered and to get the work just right.

Dental center of Florence just expanded and there new office is beautiful! They are clean and convenient.What more could you want from a dental office? The front office answered all my dental questions and Rainy was especially helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Dentist I was assigned to was like the Road Runner in that he did his duty then got out of the room as quick as possible, only the necessary communication. He even filed my Immediate Dentures in another room then gave then to the nurse. How about asking me about any troubles I might be having with them before or after the file? They initially spent all the time needed to go over all the packages and prices but no one explained what I could expect with extraction of several teeth and new dentures, what supplies I would need, down time, etc. If you want to be a $ sign on a conveyor belt and have just any teeth they choose to make for you than this is the place. I went in with an under bite came out with an overbite. I also had to go get supplies all swollen, bloody and doped up on codeine after finding out for myself what was needed. I only went in for an initial exam & to discuss options and they had me on the table the next day. (that's my fault) I bought the premium package but am afraid to go back to "that" Dentist!!!!

This place offers one day service for a crown. True enough I got it in one day. the tooth they crown already had an abscess and got worse. Going back for a root canal. I twas botched up by not cleaning out the entire canal. What started as a $900 crown ended up in a $4000 root canal (that had to be redone) and two new crowns at my expense. No tthe place to go.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I am having with DCOF. All of the staff is friendly and professional. They make you feel as if you are the only patient they have. Dr. Michael Rolf is absolutely the best! We started our journey in August and we are finally on the home stretch. I travel a long way to this center but it is worth the time.

I have been going to the Dental Center of Florence for over 10 years now and it is always a very pleasant experience. They are very kind and caring to there patients and the charges a very reasonable. I would not think about going anywhere else.

I'm like a lot of other individuals, I do not like going to the dentist. However, the staff at the Dental Center of Florence makes the visit somewhat more pleasant. The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable. They are more gentle than a lot of other dentist. Thank you to all staff members.
