Since I purchased my 2016 A3, back in October of 2018, I’ve used Audi of Peabody’s service department. I am always treated with respect and as a priority. Was given a great deal on my CPO and always get great service. Would recommend to family and friends. Shout Out to Tyler Albano for always providing excellent service, very appropriated!
Tyler went above and beyond to be sure my service appointment went well. He communicated clearly and clarified information that the call center didn’t explain to me when I booked the appointment. I would highly recommend Audi Peabody. The staff is wonderful.
Audi Peabody is the best around! I had a terrible experience at another MA Audi dealership and their team could not be more helpful! They were accommodating, friendly, and actually were very knowledgeable about the services and the prices of such. Their prices are great and I couldn’t speak more highly of their service team. I would not bring my vehicle anywhere else.
Excellent car buying experience at Audi Peabody. Jason was friendly and exceptionally helpful with our many questions. The process was stress free and pleasant. He helped us compare the cars we were interested in and ultimately gave us a very fair value on our trade-in and our new car.
I found my Salesman, Jason Piazza, to be professional, friendly, and honest, making my buying experience easy. He worked down the price on the Audi, to get me into the vehicle, while meeting my financial needs. The Audi Q3 S-Line is the best vehicle I've owned, and quite a ride!
I am happy to be part of the Audi Peabody family.
Great overall experience at this dealership. Katherine was very helpful with the buying process and answered the questions I had. Aggressive pricing as well! Will definitely come back here for future Audi purchases.
Great experience, they picked up dropped off my car and clearly explained work done. Also provided me with savings by recommending Audi Care for this and my next service. Thank you for continued great service. Jeff From Cambridge
My experience at the service department for Audi Peabody today was great. I worked with Greg Brooks who made what could’ve been a frustrating experience manageable. When he realized that my wait time was going to be longer than expected, he offered me a car to loan and told me not to worry. Although getting repairs done on your car is never pleasant either financially or by inconvenience of having to do it in the first place, it is sometimes unavoidable. Greg made sure that my car was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Thanks Greg!
Call directly to the Peabody location, they are super friendly and helpful. If you call Audi you’ll be speaking with someone from Texas, they are nice but not as accommodating as they are at the dealer. I had a 20,000 service done on my car, the work was done quickly and my car was spotless inside and out when I got it back. A++ service
My service advisor Greg, did a great job with recommending other services that I needed for my car. He also made sure I was getting the best "bang for my buck" which can be hard to find at dealers. Tomas provided me with exceptional service over the phone, kept me updated and was very friendly. I was very pleased with the staff at Audi Peabody and the service I received. The manager should be pleased with the staffs performance.
I would recommend Audi Peabody to anyone that has an Audi!
The Service team is outstanding. They're very friendly and my service consultant, Jim Miscioscia, was amazing. He set me up with a loaner vehicle despite me not having a reservation while they competed service on my vehicle. Many thanks to Jim and his staff for their friendly service. Thanks Audi Peabody.
Wilson was an exemplary sales person. I felt comfortable, informed, and very welcome. Thanks for an awesome experience, I'll definitely be returning to Audi of Peabody to purchase my car, and I feel strongly about the trust and service they provide.
I only came in to test drive a car as a potential purchaser in six months. I wasn't upsold or pressured into anything.
I just bought CPO Audi A4 2017 and traded my 2011 A4 in. I had very good experience: I got expected price on my Audi. I had selected an A4 to test-drive but the morning of my appointment Mark, the general manager, called me and said it was under a contract, and he offered a "twin", a bit higher priced, but reduced the price to the level of my initial choice A4. Everything went very smoothly, they are very forthcoming with assistance and very helpful - no unnecessary chit-chat, everything is made very easy. This is my second, gerat experience - thank you, guys for the great job and promoting Audi in Massachusetts!

IRA Audi service center is my go to place for all my auto service needs. I brought my third car to them this week. They never disappoint. My most recent experience wasn't any different. It's easy to get an appointment. They're flexible and accommodating. I brought in my car after damaging my tire on a pothole. They dealt directly with the company that I have my wheel and tire package through to process the claim. They didn't have a tire available for my car and it was going to be a few days, so they put me in a comparable car to mine, a 2018 SQ5 and sent me on my way. They called when my car was ready and i made my way to pick it up mid-day when I had a moment to break free from work. The tire looked good and there weren't any scratches on my 21" rims. Awesome! Russell, who has been there since I started bringing my vehicles to IRA Audi service, is such a good-natured, customer service oriented guy. It's always a pleasure dealing with him. Highly recommend!!
Bought a CPO 2017 A4 in Audi Peabody. The experience was really good.My specialist Michael's super professional and friendly. The nee showroom is amazing. You can't go wrong here.
I had a very good experience at Audi Peabody. Teddy in service was very friendly and responsive to my needs as a father trying to remedy his college aged daughter flat tire ordeal. Thanks, Ted. Speck.
Avoid IRA and take a trip up to Stratham Audi. You'll be amazed at the difference in service. There is a lawsuit/recall with Audi A4s that burn too much oil and the service man at IRA told me, "No, that's over". No further explanation was offered, just a blunt denial. I did some research and found out the recall is good through 8 years or 80,000 miles. Stratham Audi confirmed this information and fixed my car free of charge. AND, they treated me with respect. At IRA, the service people are not unkind, but I had the distinct impression that I was taking up too much of their time by bothering them with trivial problems on my entry-level car.
I have visited this dealership many times over the past 5 years because I had hoped that eventually I would be able to support my "local" economy and a dealership in my own neighborhood. From 2011-2016 I purchased 3 new A5's and 2 new Q5's. That is a total of five (5) brand new Audi vehicles. NONE were purchased from this dealership for a myriad of reasons. The culture at this dealership is terrible and has not changed during the entire 5 years I have attempted to do business with them. Aside from the fact Audi Peabody was never even remotely close to their competition in pricing their vehicles and fairly evaluating our trade-in vehicles, their "fly by the seat of their pants attitude, lack of follow through, lack of follow up and inability to close a sale is asstounding!" (intentionally spelled with 2 S's). Management is rude and inept. Incompetency in the sales, inventory and product knowledge arena is overwhelming. Putting all of that aside, I have never experienced a fraction of what I have experienced at Audi Peabody during any other car buying experience I have had over a period of over thirty five years of buying new cars, during which time I have personally purchased over 40 new vehicles. This Audi dealership could learn a lot from Herb Chambers Audi or Audi of Natick. What prompted this review? After a manager at Audi Peabody intentionally hung up on me after I attempted to explain why I was frustrated with them I had one of the best and easiest experiences buying another Audi from Herb Chambers Audi and decided I wanted Audi Peabody to know it when I am driving by.
This dealership has zero integrity! Purchased a 2012 A4 CPO with 49K and had to replace tires after 13K miles. The tires on the car at the time of sale were damaged and past tread wear warranty. They still passed them off as "good enough". I went to the dealership to complain and was confronted with horrible customer service and a attacking attitude from the service department.
Filed my complaint through the BBB and the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office in hope for a resolution.
2/15/16 Update:
The dealership contacted me for a resolution to my problem. The sales manager and service manager were very understanding and accommodating towards us. The dealership was more than willing to resolve the issue and compensate us for our troubles. All is good in the world now. I would like to say thank you to the gentleman that handled my case.
