Just bought a car and the car was grest when i took it off the lot next day after driving around town it started smelling like burning oil through the vents. Then the car wouldnt turn over it kept doing this throught the day

Talk to John. Went to look at a 2008 Duramax. Drove 9 hours to find out there was paint spilled in the bed, a gash in the chrome of the front bumper, paint chipped everywhere, dingy interior, a patched leather seat that wasn’t even done right, buttons sticking, and the heat didn’t even work. He told me it was a great truck but he didn’t even know what was wrong with it. They just cleaned the outside and shined the tires. Dusty on the inside too. Horrible service. Two thumbs down.

Bought a truck in May, drove less than 1000 miles and total engine failure. Went to lot and spoke to them. They seemed less than concerned and never offered to even have their mechanic look at it. Asked for previous owner info and was told they would get back to me. After a week and no phone call I had to go back to find out they didn't have the info. Asked if they would help me at all and was told they would get back to me. That was two weeks ago and they haven't called. I payed 13k for the truck and bought another car there for $4200 before motor problem arose. I spent $17 k with the lot in a month or two and they didn't care about me so why would they care about you? If they make this right with me I will edit my review. Until then it stands!

If I could give this a negative rating I would. We just bought a truck and found out it has a blown head gasket and can be anywhere from $6-13, 000 to fix. Trying to find out now if we have a leg to stand on for him to buy it back or make it right.

JOHN DOOM THE SALESMAN . IS A CROOK AND A LIAR DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANOR THIS DEALERSHIP .. I broke down twice 300 MILES ..have spent over 5 thousand dollars so far on things he promised were all checked out the freaking headlightsi am not kidding.. fell out shocks were not even attached ..LEAKING EXHAUST MANIFOLDS .. SHORTED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .. BAD BALL JOINTS ..THE LIST GOES ON AND ON It is very obvious this dealership buys junk and cleans it up gets gets it running and sells it for what is quality BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ..I have filed a lawsuit against them ..

Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. John is very confident and knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on the lot and so much more. He works hard to get the best deal possible and is extremely customer focused. The environment is clean and friendly. I will definitely make D & T Auto Sales my one and only place to shop and purchase vehicles in the future.
