  Owner Waleedaward winning stylist. Hires excellent stylists. Closed on Monday.super clean shop. I have gone there for a decade. Unisex service.

  This is my home away from home. When you come visit us at Waleeds you are treated like family. We are all continually educated and there are educators among us. Our receptionist knows us well and if you tell her what it is you need done she can recommend the right stylist.

  Laura is great and always has great vision of what I want from my visits, but won't let me destroy my hair to get what I want. I think it's important for a stylist to care about the integrity of your hair and Laura always keeps my hair health in mind!

  Walid is an outstanding hairdresser and professional. I was referred to him by many friends and relatives over 8 yrs ago. I've sent several friends and ALL were amazed at how his knowledge and skilled cuts made a difference in their hair's appearance.

  I'm not very trusting when it comes to haircuts. I'm not a big fan of letting people touch me, and I'm deathly afraid of sharp objects near my ear. Additionally, past experience has left me with many haircuts that I'd come to regret- either for physical discomfort, poor technique, bad manners, or poor discretion on the stylist's part.
  
  When I let Waleed cut my hair, I was super happy with the new look: one not so different that I felt uncomfortable or not like myself, but definitely a big enough change that all my friends were taking note and doling out compliments. In addition, his manners were great, and the whole process was very comfortable.
  
  He understands the serious trust that his clients put in his work, and I'm happy to add him to my very exclusive list of cosmetologists.

  I am appalled at the lack of professionalism at this establishment. After booking an appointment two months in advance for a wedding and driving 9 hours for the event my appointment was cancelled ten minutes before the scheduled appointment. There was no valid explanation and reasoning other than they did not want to take guests or anyone from the wedding that was taken place. This is unacceptable seeing that guests from out of town do not have any involvement whatsoever or know the area they are in. The owner Waleed hung up on my phone call when I was asking why this had anything to do with me. Once I arrived at his location stated he had a waiting list but sent the make up artist home if you were that good at what you did and/or had a waiting list you would not need to send the MUA home or clients. Luckily for us Chad the manager at Shannon Aleksandr's Salon took care of us last minute. His charm, humbleness, and expertise left us with much gratitude. Thanks to Allyson and Justine for doing an awesome job on my hair and makeup. You made me look amazing for the wedding and I highly recommend this place to others that are in the area. The salon was very elegant and staff was very friendly.

  Amber is fabulous. She cuts me, my wife, stepson, his wife, and their 3 kids. Great haircut, very friendly. Wonderful conversationalist.
