I happen to get lucky and they unloaded 4 pallets when I got there otherwise I would've had to wait till the next morning to get unloaded.

Worked here for 3 years all the while paying Union dues. Ended up going over my non contractual attendance policy because some alcoholic supervisor couldn't see clear enough through the grain liquor to notice I was at his pre shift meeting. Of course the spineless Union was of no help. The worthless prez and VP wouldn't even look me in the eye as they already knew my fate before I even received representation. Would not recommend paying dues to the slowly dying UAW if you decide to work here. You're better off going straight to HR with your problems.
