  Tim, the "Manager" was very rude!!! I kindly asked which line was open, and he ignored my question as he looked at me directly. And as I patiently waited Tim, Yes, the Manager just bypassed me all together. I then asked him for his name and he was very rude the entire time. Understandable, we all have bad days and If you dislike like your job or others, then by all means find another. I get it young inexperienced!!!!

  I have been here to pickup our prescription several times and no issues encountered so far other than horrible traffic on US380 and especially the construction around this cvs.
  People were friendly when I entered into store once or twice. Pharmacy drive through pickup, never faced any disappointment other than weekend pharmacy closing time is 6:00pm. I missed to get there by 6, was 5 minutes late and missed to pickup medicine for my infant, (thats my own problem) not them.
  Overall: great location, service

  If I could give a negative score, I would. Every month for the past 2 years something is always wrong with our RX pickup. Do better CVS. This is a joke and it isn't even funny. Aren't pharmacists paid to know how to count? My multiple nice attempts to resolve have failed. If you want a hassle and a qrong RX shop here.

  Store itself is fine. The pharmacy on the other hand is horrible. They have one drive-thru lane yet allow COVID testing in this lane. What should take 5 mins to pick up a prescription takes a good 30+ mins due to the long waits for those swabbing their nose. This isn't 2020this location should no longer allow drive-thru testing!

  Absolutely terrible. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour on hold for someone to answer my call. Month after month I have to fight with CVS about filling my prescription on time. Why does my health care rely on this ineptitude? Today I was on hold for almost 25 minutes and the system just hung up on me. How do we hold these companies accountable? I'm so frustrated!!!
  
  Update: On hold again for another 25 minutes and they just hung up on me again! I guess I won't get my medication again on time, and will suffer for it.Thanks for nothing CVS!
