Ed was amazing. Got straight to the point, accommodated, and went above and beyond. I’ll make sure to come back in 3-4 months to buy another vehicle.
With that being said, I noticed that this facility needs a little bit more structuring. Took us almost 4 hours to get the car. Between no one wanting to accept cash for the DP, cashiers check being incorrect, and just getting someone to actually receive the cash and provide a receipt took easily 25 minutes. If I walk in with $4,000 in cash, it should NOT take almost 30 minutes for someone to actually take it from me.
I’ll be back to buy another car and hope the service is better. After all, it is Oakbrook. We expect the best of the best. See you soon, Ed! Five stars for Ed.response / report this review -

I have never had a better experience buying a car than I did with the guys at this dealership. It was absolutely seamless. Both Marcus, my salesman and Brian in financing were kind and attentive. I have already recommended them to others and look forward to dealing with them for my servicing and maintenance in the future. Thanks guys!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with my service appointments at this dealer. I typically bring my young kids to the appointments, as they have a kids play area with a few toys, books, and a TV (and it’s enclosed on 3 sides); I sip the complimentary latte, my babies play and I’m not saying it’s like a mini vacation, but the sensation is there.
Every employee I’ve worked with has been informative, helpful, and best of all, I feel secure that I won’t be manipulated into unnecessary work or expenses. Mostly Accurate estimates of work time, easy to schedule appointments, etc. if you have a Toyota, bring it here!response / report this review -

We recently purchased a Highlander from here and it was the first anxiety free car purchase I have ever made. Joelson was very patient and knowledgeable on the different options. Great experience and will be coming back!
