  Awesome experience from a first-rate dealership. Everyone who helped me at Fair Oaks were 100% professional. I had put in an inquiry into a car and within a half hourthis was around 730-8am, Stacey was calling to get information about what I wanted to do. After taking my info, I was called little later by Sony. Sony was beyond professional and engaging. He wanted to make our deal work even when it looked like it wouldn't. To his credit, he never gave up. After a few calls back and forth, we had a deal on the phone, and I was on my way 3 hours to get a dream car of mine. After arriving, I wanted greeted and endroduced to Sony in person, again friendly and engaging. Then I was moved to Adam, who took me to the car for the test drive. Everything they told me about this car was 100% truthful. After working with Adam and I was moved to Justin for a great experience during paperwork. This is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Also knowing I drove over three hours there and then three back, Adam called the next day to make sure me and my wife made it home okay and how the car made out, going above and beyond. The team there is great all of them, but a big thank you to the team that got me my dream car, so thank you to Stacey, Sony, Adam, and Justin. You made this a pleasure.

  We drove over an hour to buy a truck at Fair Oaks Dodge and it was definitely worth it. Top notch service - Elias was amazing from start to finish, Mike was great in Finance - highly recommend this dealership. One of the smoothest car buying experiences we’ve had.

  Can’t say enough good things about the folks at Fair Oaks Motors. My salesman, Elias, was 100% on the ball when it came to ordering my new 392 Rubicon. The process was easy and I was kept in the loop from the beginning, all the way up to its arrival- AND got a great price at the same time!

  We drove over an hour to purchase our used Mazda CX5 at Fair Oaks. When we arrived we were greeted by a charming friendly young man with a huge welcoming smile on his face named Melvin. He was an extraordinary salesman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, dealership policies, and financing questions.
  Our buying experience could not of been any more enjoyable!! We arrived late afternoon and he had no problems staying late until our sale was finalized. We would highly recommend asking for him if you ever head to Fair Oaks!

  For me, it all started with “let’s just look and see what they have.” Its a Saturday night, an hour before closing. I wasn’t anticipating getting a new Jeep Compass but that was where I was headed. I was met by Bonnie who was exceptional in all aspects. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the start. She gave me a number of options to look at and test drive. The process was made incredibly easy with the added help of Melvin. As somebody who has a gluten allergy, this man could sell me a potato and I’d buy 100 (I don’t actually have a gluten allergy). He had great energy and made me feel very comfortable throughout each step. I also have to give a special mention to our finance guy, Mike, for all the help and assistance. He gave me all my options and was very easy to work with. Every person I spoke to at this dealership had the patience and knowledge to answer all my questions. For being my first experience buying a brand new car, it was honestly a great one. I would highly recommend “taking a look and seeing what they have ;)”
