They did a GREAT job! I had all new heat, A/C and duct work installed. They did it all within 2 days. I love how and where they placed my new furnace. They were very professional. No mess left behind, I highly recommend this company!

Very prompt response to my furnace problem! The service reps are always on time & very knowledgeable. My furnace quit on me eventhough i was paying for regular service from another local company. CC was able to diagnose & fix the problem with just a minimal charge! Will def be using them in the future!

Our air conditioning unit stopped working July 4th. I phoned this business, and someone came that evening to check it. A part needed to be ordered the next day. We were contacted the next day to tell us when the part would be in. As soon as the part arrived, custom comfort came to our home and repaired it. We have been very pleased with their service.

Best service in Grant County. The owner knows literally everything there is to know about furnaces and air conditioning.
The lady below is obviously lying about her experience because there isn't one serviceman at Custom Comfort who would act like that (they only have 3 guys) Besides Roger Turner would NEVER tell a customer they were lying! He's one of the most professional business owners in Grant County.
Great service, great employees, trustworthy and they will never sell you something you don't need!
