I had an amazing experience with the stove shoppe. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "Hi how can I help you." Unfortunately, I didn't know much about stoves, but after laying out my needs the representative showed me my best options. I was able to pick the perfect stove, book installation all seemlessly. Communication through the entire process was top notch. Being in the service industry I appreciate attention to detail. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for any type of stove.

First of all, the salesman was very good. Not a lot of pushing, but a lot of information including some very specific product and installation details which I used to make the final choice of a wood stove. The stove arrived as promised.
A couple months down the line I had some problems with the stove burning too fast. I went back to the Stove Shoppe and got terrific customer service. After making a couple of suggestions on how to check out and possibly identify the problem, he also offered a couple of alternatives on service calls.
His advice was spot on; I identified and rectified the issue.
It's great to be able to go to a store and get helpful, knowledgeable customer service.

Had a great experience at the epping store. the staff knew everything about pellet stovesand educated me. Although I had done a lot of research on my own. the stove they recommended for me was perfect for our homeplus they had a leftover from last hear that was 40% off!. The installation crew was also excellent.Answered all my questions. A few weeks into the season..the glass in front cracked..in a week they were out at my place and replaced it. no fuss no mess.
Also what I liked about this place was they didn't try and up-sell me a larger stove or a more expensive unit. They were patient with me..I actually didn't buy right away as I wanted to shop around..but they had the best deal.
