Overall it was a satisfying (comfortable cozy) visit. I was pleased with the food, the short wait time, the quallity of the amenities and the enviornment. it was a relaxing place to meet for lunch and catch up with a friend. The employees seemed slightly stressed out and it was priced quite a bit higher than I thought necessary, which is why I didn't give Benaon Stone a 5 star rating. But it could have very well been due to several understandable circumstances so it would not keep me from eating there again.

Nothing but issues dealing with them. Talked to Kevin for a customer of mine, and placed an order with him. Customer called to pay, block was delivered, and wrong count was delivered. Called Kevin again, and he mentioned that he reversed retaining wall and cap orders, and would be an additional $450 to get additional block. Customer was upset obviously, but agreed, paid, and block was delivered. Few days later I got a call block on my account wasn't paid for. Spoke to Kevin, he apologize, and agreed it was paid. Went to return unused block, but no one was there to verify counts, so was told to come back. They were open, apparently still couldn't help me. Frustrating isn't even a strong enough word to describe my experience with these guys. They will not get future business from me. If you value your time and sanity, find another supplier. Zero customer service or accountability here.

Gorgeous high end furnishings but a little pricey. Bought landscaping rocks one time and had a good experience. So much fun stuff to look at. The clearance items are closer to being affordable.

Went in to get help in remodeling our kitchen and adding hardwood floors through out our home. The floor sales man took our name and number and said he would have a designer call us to set up an appointment. Meanwhile we went to Midwest Stone Source to take a look around and the actual owner took time out of a very busy tax season to help us that day and scheduled an appointment to come see our home. Never heard back from Benson Stone and spent a lot of money at the other vendor

We thought Benson Stone would be too expensive to redo our kitchen counter tops. When we went there, the sales people were very friendly, helpful and not pushy by any means. We went with the Caesar Stone. It came in as expected. They had questions and called us. Very helpful. We had questions after the install and the took care of that also.

After renting my mother's house for 3 years we wanted prepare the house to be sold. The renters had ruined some of the flooring so we called on Benson Stone to assist. We were very pleased with the professional and appropriate advise offered. They found an economical solution and promptly arranged installation. The new flooring was very tasteful and helped to make the house more marketable. Thanks to the assistance of Benson Stone we then sold the house 2 days after putting it on the market.

Amazing selection with great service! Helpful sales staff that make you feel at home! I was pleased to find such competitive pricing by a locally owned business. I love to support local establishments! Great one stop shopping where you can find lighting, counter tops, cupboards, window treatments, furniture, flooring, landscape, grills, decor and so much more. Carpet and flooring installers were skilled and took their time to pay attention to detail. We were so thrilled with our beautiful wood flooring in our family room, that we went back to Benson's for more and had our living room, dining room, bedroom and hallway done as well. Looking forward to shopping at Benson's again soon! Great restaurant.
