Upon entering the establishment, I began to have a conversation with the owner about the Harbor Lights Lighthouse collection. She was rather rude and seemed to not want to give me the time of day. While shopping upstairs in the consignment/sale area, I found on the top shelf a Michigan Lighthouse that was marked down 75% (because let's be honest, who wants to buy a Michigan Lighthouse in Door County?). When I took the item to the register to purchase, the woman refused to sell it to me at the listed price, despite the fact that the price sticker had been on if for so long, that it had left a mark on the bottom of the item. I can understand why people leave the store without purchasing anything.

Awful customer service awful attitude. Would not post sign about cancer awareness in cafe window because it would advertise something that was not in the store. Greedy. Selfish. Disgusting.
