They took my payment in the drive through. Gave me half the order. When I asked the guy about the rest of the food, he started panicking. Gave me a number and asked if I could pull up. Minutes later, multiple cars behind done and gone I finally went in. Safe to say I was upset and then to find out they never even made my food. It really irritated me. Got my food and a sorry. Yeah I bet you are really sorry.. Seems like that is all I hear today with this generation. Sorry.
Should I review my other Mount Horeb Culvers experience..? The list can go on. Must be the same owners as the Mount Horeb McDonald's

Not my favorite chain, but this location is always clean and well kept. The bathrooms have always been clean and the food is always hot.

Food wasn't as good as other Culver's I have visited. Very heavy on the mustard, mayo and ketchup on my burger. Restaurant was pretty crowded and noisy.

Has the largest dining room off any Culver' s I've been to. A unique touch is the mayo dispenser next to the ketchup and mustard.

They do a really poor job of keeping their "Flavor of the Day" up to date. This is supposed to be a custard stand. Tell us what the flavor is please.

Better than most of the other many Culver's we've been too. The people are very nice and accommodating. That is especially nice when you're a vegetarian and looking for items from a menu that is obviously not aimed at vegetarians. They also have a big interest in helping out local organizations through fundraisers. That's a huge plus for me and my family and worth an extra star for my review.

Couldn't ask for anything more (except maybe no calories). My husband and Iove coming here. The food quality is great and the staff are always friendly. We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and a side of cheese curds to share this past Sunday evening. Yum! The sandwiches looked nearly identical to the photo on the packaging (the lettuce tomato as a bit paler). I crave these cheese curds cobstantly and have to restrain myself from drifting in on my daily drive home. I love having a local Culver's. We stop by about once a month just for custard.

Came through the drive-thru this evening around 9:30 to pick up a quart of Vanilla Custard. I was absolutely appalled when the Culvers drive thru attendant started to scoop the custard from a bucket that was just sitting out in the open on cart, for God knows how long in large buckets. It was dripping everywhere as she put it into a container and obviously she knew it wasn't good, common sense. She then put it into a bag and handed it off to me through the window without even saying thank you or have a good evening and started in with next customer on the headset. what kind of customer service is this?! You charge $6.99 for melted custard and expect your customers to come back after they receive service like this? I will NOT be coming back here.

Yum, this location has great cheese curds, tasty butter burgers and delicious custard! A nice alternative to the fast food blahs.
