Overall a nice dealership. The only real issue I sort of have is it seems like the finance gentleman (not going to mention name but I can't remember it off the top of my head anyway) kind of pressured us with the extra vehicle care plans. He was still a nice guy though. Everyone there is really friendly. And they do free carwashes for people who have bought new cars there. I can't remember how long that lasts though from when you buy your new vehicle.

VERY courteous staff. They stayed late to get us hooked up with our vehicle and were VERY patient with our kiddos who LOVED the playroom. :) LOVE our car!

I am 20 years old and last year I decided to make my first big purchase in a nice used vehicle. I did a lot of research of dealerships in the area, and knew that I wanted to get a ford fusion. Found one that I loved at this dealership and the buying process could not have gone better. I met with Amanda and she was very helpful. She stuck to my budget and found me the car I was looking for. However, since my purchase I have been very very disappointed. I paid extra money to get my car certified pre owned. What that got me was a very detailed inspection of the car to make sure the car was in the best possible shape. Less than 6 months of having the car and I have already had to put over $500 of parts into my car. I got my first oil change through Courtesy Ford, and I had been noticing that my car had been starting hard when it got cold at night. So when I arrived at my appointment I told them that it was starting hard, and asked if they could assess the problem, and so they did. I was told that my car needed a new battery, because the battery that was in my car was well below the recommended cold cranking amps for my vehicle. That is something I felt should be looked at when paying extra for this so called "detailed" inspection. So, I ended up replacing the battery for $200 since that wasn't part of my warranty. A couple weeks went by and I still noticed that my car was not starting very well. This time I took it to a mechanic shop located in the town I live in. They assessed the problem and told me that the problem was in fact not the battery, but part of the charging system for the battery. Clearly when I took my car into Courtesy Ford they felt like it was unnecessary to check this and instead charged me a large amount for a new battery when that was not even the problem. This is why I will not go back and get my car serviced at Courtesy Ford. Not only am I paying my car off still, but I have also had to worry about these charges. Not happy with their service and would not recommend getting your car worked on there.

Totalled my car and was NOT looking forward to getting completely bullied and belittled into another car I didn't actually want and couldn't actually afford (like with Patrick at Schoepp's in Middleton). Turns out it was a blessing in disguise lucked out by catching my dream car as it was posted online under market value. Audrey and Bryce were incredibly pleasant and helpful, showing me my other options, all the pros/cons of each, answering all of my annoying questions, and going over literally everything with me. Bonus: both hilarious. Never thought I'd say I had a truly pleasant experience purchasing a used car from a dealership! Brother went there for his new (used) car and had the same experience with the two of them.

This business sent me a letter promising they could refinance me into a lower rate. I called and set up an appointment and was told my info would be ready and it wouldn't take long. I was there 2.5 hours and all they did is try to wrangle me into a new car for a HIGHER payment. Then their finance company kept harassing me via text. I also witnessed a Coutesey Ford salesperson pick on an older couple who got the same scam of a letter, right on the sales floor. The thin saleswoman with long blond curly gelled hair . Someday you will be elderly, and want to tell your stories to anyone who will listen. You should be ashamed of your behavior. I will never give these people my business.

Went in hoping to get a car just to get by. The Ford team put me into a vehicle that I love, and when I had a problem, they went to great lengths to make sure I was taking care of. Ford just gained a new repeat customer!

Smart staff, responsive, did what they said they would do. When I was promised a call back on a given day, it always came, even if they called me after their stated hours. I would highly recommend. You can trust this team. Special mention to Bryce, Amanda, and Bob.

The staff was great. Dale the manager got me great financing and an interest rate of 0 percent with a low down payment. Salesman Mike Brown assisted me in the purchasing process and followed up with a courtesy call to see if everything is going well. Henceforth, this is why the name is courtesy. Don't hesitate to see the staff at Courtesy Ford because they'll work with you.

Had a great car buying experience at Courtesy Ford in Sauk! Everyone I worked with was absolutely GREAT! Lucas and Chris really worked hard to get me the right car at the right price. I bought a $5000 used car and was treated like I was buying a brand new one! Hats off to the detail guys as well, I have never seen a cleaner used car. Really glad I made the trip to Courtesy Ford!

The staff at Courtesy Ford was great to work with. I worked with Bob Koch and he could not have created a more pleasant purchase experience. The staff (Chris) was able to locate a new vehicle for me quickly and there were no games played with the value of my trade-in vehicle or the vehicle I was purchasing - just a fair price offered for both.
I am excited to be back in the Ford brand. The technology in these new Ford vehicles is amazing and the 0% financing was a great offer!
