This place is a gem. The rooms are updated in a very classy way, and clean and comfortable. But besides that, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Which to me makes all the difference. I hesitate to recommend because I visit Ventura often and don't want this place to be discovered, however, it was very nice. And Jack the manager is superI will be back.

This place is amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever pass through Ventura. The owners are accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom, which was very nicely renovated. The beds were super comfy. Also, the beach/pier are very accessible and easy to walk to from this location. We loved everything about our stay at this motel.

4 star care packed into a small 3 star room. the cleanliness, quality of sleep beds, and care to provide a nice sleeping space and shower, frig and microwave are the what we needed to get us to come back again. The staff was friendly and helpful with a map. thank you.

This place has been great. Clean good sized rooms. Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, and enough parking. This place is close enough to downtown, but it's quiet at night, so it was easy to sleep. I've been very happy with my time here, it was a great spot to choose for my time in the area.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, close to restaurants, and beach. Booked room with Jenny, who was friendly, courteous, and had a big smile, she made sure i was happy with everything, thanks Jenny for making my trip enjoyable. Be back real soon!!

My fiance and I stayed here for 8 nights over the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience! The outside has not yet been renovated so the building may fool you, but the insides are very nice! The rooms were clean, recently remodeled with new furniture and appliances, and the staff was very friendly. The motel is conveniently located near downtown Ventura and not far from the beach, and there are several little restaurants and businesses within walking distance. We were very pleased with how pleasant our stay was and would definitely recommend it. It's not easy to find places with high quality, clean rooms at such an affordable price!
