Needed 2-4 inch tan cobble for my driveway upgrade project and Crystal had a great selection at very good prices. Was in and out in no time. Went into the office to explain what I needed, was told where to find the stone I wanted and that an employee would meet me with a loader to handle my order. Within a couple of minutes the loader pulled up and had me on my way.

If i could I would leave a no star review! I purchased 3 tons of white quartz no problem. Then about 3 weeks later ordered 13 tons of white quartz. I used about 9 tons, about 20% of it was sand and dirt which IM NOT PUTTING IN MY NEW LANDSCAPING I HAVE DONE! I called and asked if I can just return the dirt THEY brought me and the rock mixed in. I told them I would bring it back in my dump truck and the manager said that it wasn't his problem. all sales are final, they he proceeded to hang up on me!!! That's not how you treat your customers and return customers at that. Me and my wife have spent well over $2,000 with them so far this summer and was planning on spending at least $20,000 more before fall but now I'm telling everyone I know to not use you guys. As for my company that has an account set up and we use you at least once a week for $5,000+ a week in material, you can just cancel our account! We will find somewhere else to go!! Unbelievable!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!

I can't believe that they're delivery is really fast I was thinking it would take a couple of days but after looking through the yard and choosing which rock to go with I am hoping to have about 9 tons delivered same day. The yard is huge and a lot to choose from.

Bought some rock a while back to rock a large area of our back yard. Turn out great, delivery was awesome. The guy who delivered it was very kind and professional. Will need a small load to touch up some areas and will use this company again for our landscaping needs!

As a homeowner that’s taken on a few big landscape projects over the past two years I’ve had positive experiences with multiple employees at Crystal Landscape Supplies. This has included the guys driving the bull dozers who have helped load pallets of flagstone and helped change a tire when I got a flat in the yard (my fault), the delivery drivers who delivered loose dirt, rock, and mulch to my door, and the office people that give a thumbs up and smile when you’re on the scale. I’ve also found the pricing and supplies to be better than others in the area.
