Luis did a great job, he was very professional, even asked if he should remove his shoes when entering my home. My appointment was estimated for 12-2pm but he was to my home by 11am. He was able to complete the job in less than an hour and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future projects.

Luis just finished up cleaning my dryer vent and he did a truly fantastic job. Not only was he on time, but actually a couple minutes early! He quickly cleaned the vent and stayed to test the dryer and make sure the job was done right which it of course was. He was courteous, professional, and effective. I highly recommend Lowe’s if you need duct cleaning done. Thanks Luis!

I had a great experience with Lowe’s for a dryer vent cleaning. They were able to send Luis Chavez out the next day and he was communicative, prompt, and professional. He worked very quickly and the service fee was as promised on the website. I would definitely use them again for other air duct and dryer vent cleaning!

Luis Chavez was my servicer. Did an amazing job! Even had to help my move my stacked washer and dryer so he could access the duct. Overall there was a different issue with my dryer so he ensured I didn’t have to pay for services I didn’t actually receive. Would highly recommend him and this company.

Excellent experience. I had to cancel/reschedule multiple times and they were very accommodating and nice about it. Belman and his colleague completed my service and they were awesome! They were slated to come somewhere between 10-12 and he called me asking if they could arrive early, which was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
