Front desk staff was amazing!!! Room was nice except the bathroom in 249 is rather small. Great new location for our conference.

Comfortable beds. Room was a little small for 3 adults, small bathroom too. The entire hotel wass clean. Fairly nice pool but no whirlpool. Personnel were very friendly. Very convenient location, close to zoo, mall, restaurants.

Really nice stay. Comfortable hotel and affordable. The outside is unassuming but once you walk in, it's welcoming and cozy. We were greeted by a roaring fireplace when we walked in. The front desk is also accommodating. The rooms are also nice. Restaurant on site, a bit pricy though. Lastly, the location of the hotel is nice. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. About a 25 minute drive to Columbus. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Room was a little musty smelling. Signage to get around was a ltlle lacking. Food in the restaurant was pretty good. Rooms were clean. Shower had a curved floor making it a little difficult to stand without positioning your feet just right.

Truly is wonderful to walk in and be greeted by the sweet smiles of our receptionist. Our room is quite pleasant and out on our balcony enjoying our breakfast.. Thanks this is our second visit we are off to the Columbus Zoo .thank you Travel Zoo great package..

The location is far enough outside of downtown Columbus that there isn't too much traffic, but close enough to get to downtown Columbus quickly. Ample free parking. The rooms are clean and lavish. The attendants for the event I helped host were courteous and professional. Very happy!!

The hotel is nice and quiet. Great place to get work done. The staff has been very nice. Very close to my work location but quite a distance from anything worth mentioning.

Don't let the dated outside of this hotel cool you, the inside has obviously been recently refurbished and is very nice. We did the Travelzoo deal including tickets to the zoo & breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and made it super easy. The breakfast buffet was great and we also got to enjoy the pool which was warm and clean. My only complaints are that the tub would never drain completely during a shower and the coffee maker in the room was filthy. I'm really glad I looked inside it before just pouring water in there! Other than that, this hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. Dublin is super cute and has a lot of local options for food.

Nice quiet location convenient to i270 access. No concierge lounge like in other Crowne plaza locations but service way friendlier than Worthington or downtown. Slow WiFi and rooms dated but staff makes up for it in pleasantness and professionalism

The staff was rude and unprofessional, the maids didn't bother to clean the room the second day, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the air conditioning went out. Overall it was a horrible experience, I will never stay in a Crowne Plaza again, and I encourage everyone I know to do the same.

Nice hotel, rooms are big and clean. Having some staffing issues that affect the restaurant, but the food is goid, just be prepared for longer wait times. Cute sleep spa lotion package in room. Unusual layout which results in a lot of walking between areas of the hotel. Nice conference center.

The hotel is located near many places of business making it a good location for travellers with clients in Dublin. The rooms are good sized, clean, and comfortable. Being near the highway allows road noise to filter in, but the in-room HVAC unit low fan easily drowns it out. Otherwise, I find the hotel pleasant and a good value for my business trips to Dublin.
