We knew exactly what we wanted and Mike VanHohenstein made the process smooth from start to finish. He made sure I knew how everything in the car functioned before I drive of the lot.
Mike Bradford (I believe) made the financing and final paperwork a detailed efficient process.

Great customer service! Delivered my new Toyota from Holland to East Lansing at no cost and even filled the tank a few blocks from my home.
Well worth the drive. A few years ago I called Tony with the specs for a CPO vehicle Inwas looking for. He found it and delivered it I did a walk around and final signature without stepping into the dealership,

Once again, my time at the Crown Motor Toyota in Holland was a very positive experience! The person who made the difference was Mike McLaughlin, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, helpful, understanding and professional. Not only this, but he was willing to go the extra mile in every respect! Even though he has probably heard the same questions a thousand times, yet, he answered in such a way as to make me feel like the questions were important and so was I. Mike spent considerable time going over the various financial options which I found most helpful. Finding the Toyota RAV4 in the color I wanted took extra time, but he was willing to do this and was successful. (Thanks for doing this for me!) Upon the delivery of the car, he explained all the new features, especially the safety ones, in a way I could understand. Quite frankly, Mike made all the difference in my car-buying experience! I would highly recommend Crown Motors Toyota, including the service department, but I would especially and highly recommend Mike McLaughlin! In addition, Mike Bradford, the financial agent, should also be mentioned as he was most helpful and understanding in his area of expertise. Thank you!

Just bought a 2010 4runner from Mitch Stephens over at the Crown's used lot. My buying experience was very good. Mitch answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to make things right. My experience at Crown Toyota purchasing a new Highlander was nothing but positive. From my first contact with Carol, to the finance manager, Scott and then our salesman, Mike McLaughlin. Mike was knowledgeable and thorough, paid attention to what I already had learned and was looking for, answered all our questions and most of all, treated me with respect. It was such a markedly different experience than I'd had at another West Michigan dealership, that I would have been willing to pay more to be treated so well. (But we actually paid less.) We would definitely return to do business with Mike again.

I'm a Toyota loyalist due to ownership experience that includes 12 years and more than 240k on my last 4Runner. I just purchased a used Sequoia from Crown to replace it and sales adviser Tony was great to work with. He was an open book and zero pressure. He introduced me to service manager Neal, as my intent is to go another 10 years/300k miles, and he walked me through every question I had on maintenance going forward. I'm loving the Sequoia and officially a Crown loyalist now too. Good stuff, guys!

We bought our first brand new Toyota from Mike McLaughlin 7 years ago. We had such a good experience with him and the entire Crown staff that we are loyal customers to not only Toyota, but also the Crown family and specifically Mike. We drive 45 minutes away, past 2-3 other Toyota dealers just for their service. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market. We never feel pressure and feel our questions are answered honestly. They make buying a new car as stress-free and fun as possible. Thanks guys!

Great place with very informative people who are willing to help you out. Unlike most dealers they get right to the point and don't drag you all over the place forcing you to sit there. Each person I worked with took time to listen to my questions and fully answer them. I'd would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Friendly place with great service.

Mitch was one of the most authentic, down to earth people I've met. Never previously went to a dealership and was skeptical. However, the guys at Crown, especially Mitch, were not pushy or forceful about selling you on a car. They wanted the best fit for you. Definitely a good experience

Just bought a brand new Beetle from Dave Kolean. He must have spent close to 2 hours with me explaining the features of the car and patiently negotiating a fair price. Dave was very knowledgeable about the features of the model I chose and even connected my iPhone before I left the dealership. I would work with him again and recommend him to friends and family.

We heard good things about this dealership from previous family members who purchased Toyotas from Crown and were very happy with our experience. We were able to acquire a Sienna at a good price with excellent terms. Mark, our sales agent, was very knowledgeable and made buying the Sienna fun and low key. Excellent. I was also impressed that Crown had pretty much every trim level of the vehicle we wanted in stock so we could compare their value for our family in one day. Our used car was accurately appraised and we were given fair value for it on trade. We were able to do all of this in one evening after work.

Excellent opportunity to work with great people. Recently purchased my 6th Toyota, 3rd new directly from Crown Toyota. Mike M. was able to find exactly what I was looking for, apply the best deal on rebates and even look at my trade in options. In the past I've had this feeling after purchasing a car, no matter where, that I was somehow cheated but working with Mike and the people at Crown I don't feel that way, never have with any of the 3 I've purchased from them. I will purchase from them again someday and highly recommend to anyone looking to work with a knowledgeable sales team that they should go to Crown Toyota of Holland.
