I ordered a side window that was lost/mislabeled, so it took several weeks to figure it out. Even though there were a few delays and hick ups, Steve made sure he made it right in the end. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product at a fair price.

My mechanic called to order a window for a topper, was told it would be about a week. Called today and now it won't be in till Next Wednesday..Two and half weeks after it was ordered. Customer service does not appear to be a priority.

Called DJ's for a fiberglass topper for my truck.owner was not in. was told I would get a call in about 15minthey called me back within the time frame had all the info that I neededmade the deal owner told me no need to make an appointment to have it installed they would work me ingreat place to get ur parts..cheapest place in Michigan.would do business again

Friendly guys, but.
Called to order a new back glass for my cap, never received a call back on availability or price, even when promised. A week or so goes by. Called a few more times, never was given an exact price for the repair. Had to call a few times just to verify that they did order my window and that it would be there by my appointment date.
Now the time came to take my truck in to have the back glass replaced and have the whole cap re-sealed. Showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early, never got greeted. I specifically asked them to make sure it did not leak since I use the truck for camping and sleep in the bed. After the work was done I go to pay the bill. I'm informed, at the counter, of a credit card service fee, never had this been mentioned before. 3.?% on all cards, not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know so i could have just brought my checkbook. Most processing companies are 1-2%, so part of me believes they're manipulating that fee to their benefit.
Get the truck home, spray it down with a hose to check for leaks. Almost $400 later, truck still leaks water into the bed, brand new back window and frame still leak Frustrating is an understatement.
