Very nice staff and rapid response, in and out in about 15-minutes for a leaky tire. Auto parts store next door. Free wifi.

As soon as i walked through the door i was greeted with a smile by two very nice gentlemen. They made me feel like i was important and they were ready to help me. They did the job right and sent me on my way feeling great. 5 stars all the way.

I had a bad tire and they got me in right away. I could tell they were very busy but they were very friendly and professional. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and paid less than I thought I would. Very good service. Very good business.

Very fair and honest. Wont let you leave without fixing the problem, but wont gouge you in the process like others! Cant recommend strongly enough.

My 69 year old mother in law had a flat tire. I offered to take it in and have it repaired. She asked me to take it to OK tire in Zeeland since she had just been in there the previous month and they had replaced two of her tires. They had told her that her tires were not safe to drive because of cracking in the treads so she had them replace 2 tires because it was all she could afford. Anyways I dropped off the tire and the service writer called me about an hour later and told me they could not patch the flat, that we could buy either a used tire or a new tire. I called my mother in law and she elected the used tire due to lack of funds. She picked up the used tire and brought it home for me to put on. I was flabbergasted to see it looked like the same Tire that I had taken in ealier. I took it back the next day thinking they had miscommunicated and had just patched not replaced the tire. The service writer brought out the old Tire to show me that they had replaced it. Turns out they resold my mother in her old Tire that they had told her wasn't safe to begin with.

I needed tires badly as I am a procrastinator, and winter came too soon. After a call to OK Tire, I dropped off my car and had it back 2 hours later with an awesome set of snow tires. They have by far exceeded my expectations. Once again, a great job by these guys! I have been dealing with Jamie for many years now. He has never let me down.

Not necessarily the cheapest, but better service than the big tire stores. They dropped me off at work while they mounted my tires. They also didn't hesitate when I asked them to run diagnostics.
