This place is horrible with wait time. More than once I had to wait for more than half hour. One time I waited for almost an hour not getting seen and decided to get rescheduled because I just couldn’t wait any longer with other things going on at a later time. They need to either figure out not to book patient on the same day the doctor is on call or they need to not book so many patients. This is ridiculous. I want to like this place I do. But seriously. . . Very poor practice in scheduling.

Although sometimes the wait to be seen are ridiculous, and sometimes the CMAs aren’t the friendliest overall it’s a good practice. At times they may be a bit too condescending (staff) other times they truly care. I do have to say that there is a preference for patients. I see some parents to be come out with 5+ ultrasound pictures, and I would get one and only because I asked. This has happened in all of my pregnancies. And I’ve spoken to other patients and they tell me they always get many pictures. And I have asked many patients and all of them have said the same except women of color. Don’t know if it’s a correlation but I have mentioned this to them.

This is a great place. Unlike some other OBGYN in the area they always answer the phones and I've never had an issue with anyone being rude. They are very respectfully and they have a great staff.

I will not be coming back here. I'm so happy. The nurses, Lynn a another woman woman who answers the phone, and Dr Terrys secatary are nasty and rude. I have complained and no one will do anything. I was in severe pain and they wouldn't see me for another two weeks saying they don't have many ultrasound technicians. I know they was being spiteful and hateful. Please do not come here I'm being honest and pure. No one should be treated in this manner

Great and attentive care from staff and doctors! I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and after concerns about the care available to me locally in Fayetteville a great friend of mine referred me to this facility. I cannot give this place more praise, from the moment I walk in until the moment I walk out I feel important, cared for and secure with the level of medical attention I have received. They ensure you are seen by all physicians to build trust and comfort with whomever will be on call when you deliver, the nursing staff is amazing! They ensure to treat you like a human being - meaning you're not just a patient, they truly care about the level of service and care they provide and ensure all of your concerns and questions are heard and addressed. The physicians are awesome! They engage and are passionate about you the patient and never waiver or compromise your level of care. I had to speak to a physician early on in my pregnancy in the middle of the night and thought we had lost our little girl, Dr. Jones was empathetic and made me a priority to be seen the next day- when we both heard her heartbeat the next day she had tears of joy with me and ensured that everything looked great. This office is exactly what you would want and need from a Woman's Care Center.
