Dr. Jones is by far one of the best physician. She took time to explain every lab result and why she ran it. She explained diet and listened to my daughter's concerns. I have been a nurse for over 30 yrs and I have never seen a doctor do that much education. Even though I am a nurse, she didn't say "oh your mom can tell you". She was great. I have so much gratitude. Thank You!!

Extremely disappointed with Dr. Geoffrey White's practice. They call you in for your appointment and don't even acknowledge you with the courtesy of a hello, good morning etc. I've felt more like a insurance company paper than a patient. Never going back. No but no thank you.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. They are also fun, my aapt. was Oct. 31st and I was met by 101 dalmatins and it was great, they also gave out candy. Every one seemed to have a good time and also very efficient. Good job!

I have always had a great experience going here. The waits can be very long, but it is always worth it. My last Doctor moved, and I was glad that she took the time to make sure that her patients had received letters letting us know what was up.

The amount of time having to spend in the waiting room is horrible! Each time my husband arrives, his average wait time has been 30min to over an hour. They make you wait in the waiting room for almost an hour, then after they call you back, you have to wait another 30 minutes. The patients' time is as valuable as the doctor's time. There should be mutual respect on both ends. Why give a 3:30pm appointment and don't call your patient back until 4:30pm? I don't understand.

Fantastic surgical center. Had two hips replace here, one 3 months before I deployed to Iraq for 16 months. Incredible service before and after. Could not more highly recommend.

I can't believe this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews. I can't speak of the Doctors we haven't seen but I will say that my wife and I have had great service from the two we've seen. I research thoroughly before anyone operates on me or my family and I believe in choosing only a very experienced Physician to perform major surgery. We first looked at Pinehurst Surgical when my wife needed hip replacement surgery. The first thing I thought was a bunch of older, wealthy, retired people live in the Pinehurst area so it would probably be a good place to go for hip surgery. I did some research and we chose Dr. John Moore after talking to him. We found out that Pinehurst Surgical performs the second highest number of major joint replacements in the state. Dr. Robert Chamberlain has been my Urologist for several years. I found out I needed major surgery and felt bad that I would probably go to Duke because they probably have the most experienced Surgeons in the state. Maybe they do. Maybe they don't. I was amazed to find out that DR. C and his partner have done over 1,100 of these operations over he past 11 years. The reason for so many is they are good. I had my surgery last week. I can't speak for everyone there but if you need a great Orthopedic Surgeon or a great Urologist, I know PSC is state of the art in these specialties. They even have their own private operating building across the street which they used for my wife's surgery. Mine was done in the hospital.

Womens Care nurses are the rudest I have ever seen. Overall womens care is terrible and causes much stress to their patients.

I went there for my hearing test, I found out after I received the letter saying that I am not deaf enough to be considered as a disabled person. I was surprise because I can't believe why they lie about something serious like that. And if I'm not deaf then what's wrong with my ears and why i can't normal hear people talking and why i gotta read people lips? The worse part the guys told me way before I got the letter i lost some in my right ears and I can't hear at all in my left ears which it true and then he offered me to do surgery, then if I'm not deaf why offered me to do surgery for i just don't get it. I definitely not going there, I rather go somewhere else to fix my hearing problem.

Unorganized and no communication. I booked my appointment three months prior and took off work. I arrived 30 minutes early but waited over an hour to be seen. If I had been six minutes late, then I would have been told to reschedule. Why doesn't it work both ways. My appointment was at 4:15 but the nurse did not call me to get my weight until 4:50. When I questioned if I would be done with the appointment and my mammogram, by six to pickup my son, the gal snorted and said I would need to reschedule. I was told told to still go and get my mammogram but when I went to the radiology department, I was told it had been cancelled and the technicians had gone for the day. Never again. No apologies and Horrible customer service.

Don't be late! I was 6 minutes late & my Dr. left! Not the front receptionist but the one for my Dr.'s is extremely rude. My Dr. wasn't the issue. The poor receptionist staff is an issue. The building & area is well maintained. It's easily accessable for the disabled.
