  Bought a media chest for our bedroom--very pleased with quality and look of this furniture piece. Troy Hayden is a very knowledgeable sales person with a great personality. He was very patient with me, answering questions and assisting with my decision making without any pressure. Enjoyed working with Troy and will ask for him upon my return to Crowley's.

  Brian was great- we walked in store, Brian greeted us, told him what we were looking for, took us to the bedroom area. Picked it out, paper work, paid for it and got delivery date. In and out in 20 minutes. I am a busy person and my time is valuable. I will be back, like the store next time I will spend 30 minutes. Lol

  We are so pleased with our furniture and the customer service was outstanding. We received a phone call that our furniture was ready for delivery. I called the number to schedule and thought I had scheduled delivery for September 2nd (Labor day weekend). At 10 am that day, we still had not received a phone call about delivery. I called the store and Marla helped us out. She said we were not on the delivery schedule, but she was able to get us on the schedule that day. We received our beautiful furniture at 3:30 that afternoon. Thank you Crowley. Thank You Marla!

  Troy was working with three customers at one time. He answered all my questions and gave me information I needed. I took that information home and returned to make a purchase. As he wrote up the order he told me that all three customers he was working with made purchases today. Very pleasant experience as I like shopping by myself and having a knowledgeable person at a distance to assist when I need them.

  We special ordered sofas and chairs. The custom chairs (Bassett) were delivered and were damaged. The fabric was torn in places (they think the quality control person may have just missed this). We can accept that and they took them back when we called and told them about it. Then, the two flexsteel couches we custom ordered ended up having staples sticking through the fabric, rips along the seams, fabric that wasn't attached under the cushions, and all of the seams where the cushions were sewn into the fabric have started to shred the fabric. And this was just one month after we had them delivered. We were told when they were inspected that "this is what a normal sofa looks like". I disagree. For the price we paid for these couches, we shouldn't have to be having new parts ordered a month after they have been delivered.
  I question the quality of all of their items. Two different brands, both in damaged condition.you should definitely think twice about using Crowley Furniture.

  Customer Service TOP award!!
  short version - we made a bad decision buying the WRONG bed, but we made a great decision buying @ Crowley. When we reported our disappointment to Rusty & Greg - they simply stated "we will take care of you". A statement easy to make - yet sometimes hard to deliver. But the Crowley team did just what they committed to us!! We are EXTREMELY happy we bought from a "local" store from people who care. We are now sleeping soundly, thanks good old fashioned SERVICE!! Way to go guys!! we WILL be back!!

  Will never return. Came in from out of town to see a couch that I was interested in that I saw online. I have a friend that lives in Olathe that I picked up and we headed to Crowley's. We were in the store for about 20 mintues before a salesman walked by and said are you ladies doing ok? We didn't even have time to answer because he just kept walking. All the sales people were gathered in the middle of the store and could have cared less as we walked out.
  
  So, we went down the street to another furniture store we were immediately greeted with an offer of water or coffee. After looking around I found a sofa and loveseat with the fabric I choose and will be delivered in the next 6-7 weeks.
  
  I hope you will learn from our experience and be more proactive!

  Didn't end up buying from here but I know this to be a solid option going forward. Friendly, no pressure staff, quality furniture, reasonable prices.
