OUTSTANDING! I didn't buy my vehicle here(Palm Coast, Florida), but I needed to bring it in for a recall issue and Crossroads Ford made it a piece of cake! I was able to get an appointment time that worked perfectly for me and their shuttle service took me to work and picked me back up once the vehicle was ready. Again, outstanding service!

The staff at Crossroads Ford Kernersville was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Elijah went so-far as to recommend a different coarse of purchase to get me into a new vehicle. When Crossroads Ford states " The Undisputed Price Leader" believe it. The staff went out of their way to explain the trade and the special that was currently running without the normal trickery that is usually employed, I even got 3 free oil changes and a discount card for future purchases. I highly recommend doing business with Crossroads Ford for the no pressure easy purchase policy that is centered around the customer.

Elijah is one of the best sales reps you could ever ask for. I was in the dealership trying to get the best deal for me and my wife and Elijah and John took their time to find me a vehicle that was in my budget and something I could afford. If you come to crossroads ask for Elijah because he will take his time and go out of his way to ensure you are taken care of. Plan on coming back to get my wife a SUV.

I've purchased two new Fords from Crossroads Ford of Kernersville. They have a great sales staff that won't push or pressure you. They go out of their way to find you exactly what you want instead of just what's on their lot. Their service department is also great. They always remember me on a first name basis, and always do a fantastic job with maintenance. I also had to use their body shop once (unfortunately) and I had the same great experience there. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else.

The service Department at Crossroads is top notch. NEVER had an issue with them and they are always fair and when they give you a time and what is going to be done to your vehicle it is always right. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my truck serviced. Bought several vehicles there and ALWAYS have it serviced there.

Aaron was awesome taking care of me from the first phone call to the end of my service with getting me a courtesy ride from work to Crossroads before they closed. The courtesy drivers to and from work were fun to talk to.
I gave four stars only because the problem with my vehicle is still lurching and shaking. Not Aaron's fault, but Detroit's. They still haven't figured out a fix and it's been four years since they made the vehicle.
I'm upset with the sales person last year. They knew the vehicle did this, and yet they glossed over its issues with me and forcing me to get the extended warranty before leaving. Now I know why.
Imagine if all the companies did right by the consumer in the first place. The world would be singing praises instead of complaints.

Very pleased with our buying experience. Low pressure sales. Didn't have to endure a lot of sales "games" with multiple trips to "check with my sales manager. " We were shown the vehicles we wanted with the desired packages. No push to upsell. Enjoyed working with Elijah, our sales associate. We love our F-150 Lariat.

Whether it is minor standard service or using their collision center, nobody can compare or compete. I live in Greensboro, but it is definitely worth the extra distance to us Crossroads. Most recently, my truck got into an accident and needed some heavy work done to the front end. Crossroads gave the lowest quote, including my own insurance company. They stood by their quote and got the work done very quickly and I haven't been happier about my truck. It's nice to have a dealership treat people right, especially with how most are these days.
