Great birthday dinner for my niece. Diana was quick, professional, and very personable. Food was delightful and perfect. Will return soon. Great Job Liberty staff! Happy Holidays!

My fiance and I ate dinner here last night and absolutely loved the food and service. Atmosphere was nice, although quite loud at times due to college students celebrating a birthday at the bar. I don't hold the establishment at fault for variables like that, but it's worth noting that they cater to a college demographic.
As pictured, we ordered the Bacon & Onion Cheese Dip ($8.95), Taproom Pizza ($10.95), and Liberty Club Sandwich ($10.95). Pizza was fantastic; I ordered it hand tossed and found it to be cooked to perfection with fresh toppings. My fiance enjoyed the Club Sandwich and I stole some of her fries; they've got a nice texture and good seasoning.
The appetizer was probably the best part of the meal, not to diminish the other entrees, but good griefthe Bacon & Onion Dip is probably the best appetizer I've ever had anywhere. It was piping hot, flavorful, and paired really well with their Miss Liberty Lager ($4.25 / pint).
I had an "Absolutly Fruity" ($7.50) that was a decent sized mixed drink, and very well priced for a name brand vodka (compare at $10+ elsewhere for similar size and brands used in mix).
Our server was Lindsey, and she was delightful. We never had to ask for drink refills or anything else, and she brought the check promptly as we finished. I've noticed a lot of servers at various restaurants will idle on that latter part, or hold on to your card for 10+ minutes before returning with the receipts. Not her; she processed it within a minute. It's a small detail, but it's those small considerations that set individuals (and their establishments) above the rest.
I read some other reviews where individuals commented that they felt it was overpriced. I've included pricing in my review, and I honestly don't see anything unusual in the pricing structure, other than the drinks being very affordable. Appetizers in the $6 - $12 range and entrees in the $10 - $17 range is pretty standard for a mid-range establishment. Steaks are more expensive, but par for the course.
I can easily recommend it on the strength of the Bacon & Onion Dip and Lindsey's service. We'll be returning.response / report this review -

Riding through town stopped by for dinner. Grabbed a seat at the bar and noticed for a Monday this was a popular place. The beer (Nut Brown Ale) was excellent as was the New York Strip. Very clean and reasonably priced with a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

There is a manager that works here, white mid age blondish hair. The sweetest lady ever when helping indecisive customers, like me lol, decide on a new or different menu item. I consider myself an expert of the proper recipe and making for house made ranch dressing. THEY HAVE THE BEST RANCH DRESSING. The manager is so nice when I stop in she will bring 2 large ramekin cups of ranch just for me to take home.

Wonderful Experience!!!! We had our son's Graduation Celebration Dinner on yesterday. We would like to Thank William Daniels, Morhonda Daniels, Heather, Kitchen Manager and our Waitress -Sarah . The food was delicious , atmosphere was awesome and bathrooms were clean. We will definitely recommend Liberty Brewery and Grill to all our family and friends. Excellent customer service and staff from start to finish!!!! We will be back.

Been going to Liberty for 15 years. The beer and food quality keeps us coming back. The service on the other hand continues to slip. The restrooms still look the same as day one. Come on guys how about a little upgrade in both.

Server was great but I plaid $60 and my husband was only able to eat his steak. The potatoes were scorching hot and they gave him a mixture of old and new green beans. The manager said they were both cooked fresh to order but some got a little more cook. Automatically offered to knock a few dollars off my bill. I didn't want that. If I pay $60 on dinner I wanna be able to eat everything on my plate and be served fresh food not old stale food

Great place! Went to a different restaurant and had a lot of problems & ended up leaving. We called them & they went ahead & set up a table for our party of 8. As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. Wonderful service, our waiter was very friendly & helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Felt like they were pretty reasonably priced. They don't have the selection on their menu as other places, but what they do have was delicious. We will definitely be going back.
