We had a rider in our group that had their shift peg fall off. We stopped here to get one. What awesome service we received. Everyone was friendly from service to sales to motor clothes. We were not able to stay long but we will return. I have owned many types of bikes but only Harley gives this type of service.

Great place to shop with many options available. They employees here are some of the nicest you'll find anywhere. I've personally seen them go above and beyond to help a biker having mechanical issues even after they were suppose to be leaving for the day!

So sorry that this posted only a one star to begin with.. Definitely didn't plan for it to post this. I've never had nothing but good service and nice staff at Cross Road when I've been there which is many times..
Very Sorry to know that my awesome friend Sherry it's not there no longer..But when one door closes another one opens. I was in there a few weeks ago just had a different vibes how the friendliness wasn't there like in the past but I will be back always a great stop in to see changes and rest on long rides. Great showroom. Keep Riding and have a blessed day!!! 😎🏍

I have dealt with Harley Davidson dealerships all over the USA. None have the customer service and outstanding staff that Crossroads HD possess. I live in TN and my new Harley had an issue right near the dealership. Dan, in service, came right out and helped me back to the service dept. From there, Deanna and David pitched in and treated my wife and I like family. I will never purchase future HDs or have my HD serviced, anywhere except for Crossroads HD. These wonderful people know how to treat you right. Ask for Micah in sales as well, great guy too.

Fantastic people and dealership. We were travelling and had an issue with the bike. We went to the Crossroads HD service department. They literally stopped what they were doing to check out our 2013 Ultra Limited. 45 minutes later we were on our way with a new regulator. The parts department let us borrow a socket wrench to change the spark plugs ourselves. No questions asked. While we waited we checked out the rest of the dealership. Great selection of clothes and accessories as well as parts. Very neat and clean.
