over priced bad plumbingbroken fridge..front door doesn't close all the way Brown carpet .A/C never cuts off w/ mold dont live on the bottom floor cause folks litter bad and you get blamed for it mngmnt does not care . ohhhhhhhh&&& Roach Infested .

This is the worse place possible to live, the only one that actually helped ppl a little was Teresa and is no longer here, the african-american lady on the phone is very sarcastic, she has a horrible attitude, i dont know what is the requirements to work there but good customer service is not one, I cant wait for my contract to be over!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS APT, THERES ROACHES EVERYWHERE, MOLD, RUDE PPL AND SARCASM AT BEST, IS NOT WORTH IT, calling the "emergency line for a liking close to electric cords and even those are rude. The "manager" Angela listens to respond and rebottle not to assist, this is been the worse experience ever, whoever is reading this find another place please

The area is great for seclusion. The neighborhood is in the cut just like I like it. There are State Troopers living around the area

As a Tennant I love the neighborhood. Very quiet, very friendly neighbors and nice interior. There is a dog park on site which I love, a fitness center, a pool and a children's park. The parking lot is huge so you never have to walk a long distance to your home. Always a space available. Office staff are friendly and respond quickly to any complaints or concerns you may have. Would recommend to anyone. Whether you're a college student or just a working citizen I would definitely recommend this complex.

07-19-2017----DO NOT COME HERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE ALL THE ------- IS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND IM NOT SURE WHO IS OVER THIS PLACE BUT THEY SHOULD BE A SHAME TO HAVE THESES PPL RUNNING THIS PLACE. THE AREA WERE THE STAIRS ARE VERY NASTY AND DIRTY TO EVEN HAVE TO WALK THROUGH IS GROSS, TRASH IN THE PARKING LOT ALL THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE FAVORITE WORD IS CALL THE COPS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE PPL THEY RENT APARTMENTS TO PPL SHOOTING EVERY NIGHT THE COPS DON'T EVER COME OUT HERE ROACHES ARE OUT OF CONTROL THEY DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER UR APARTMENT GETS WATER DAMAGE ANGLEA DUM --- WILL JUST MAKE UP AN EXCUSE TO SAY IT SOMETHING ITS NOT TO COVER UP HOW POOR OF A JOB THEY DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE I ASSURE YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE END. I have lived here for a little over 2 Years. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The maintenance men are great! My only complaint about my experience were the noisey neighbors. Almost all of my neighbors were super loud. But hey, that happens when renting an apartment. My apartment was maintained and had minor issues over the past two years. I'm moving due to my job and needing more space. Definitely would recommend. They usually have move in specials, and I found the rates to be reasonable.

I think we might need a lawyer. Cross creek cove apts (I do not recommend) has my husband as being forcibly evicted in 2015 and this mess is linked to his social security number. We haven't lived in that apt complex since 2010. We've lived in Alaska since 2014 and he was deployed during the time frame he was supposedly evicted with a $665 judgment?! He has military orders to present. We even had a final out inspection and return on our deposit. Terrible.

It was a great starter apartment for my fiance and I. I had a 1 bedroom apartment which was 600 sq. Feet. The price was $775.00 per month I felt as if it was overpriced for its extremely small size. I feel as if the price should be lowered to fit the standard overall great people. I enjoyed my stay.

This place is beautiful. The apartment that was shown to me was amazing. The landscaping around the place is gorgeous.

If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the worse apartment complex hands down. Old, worn out units with everything falling apart. They find little, cheap ways to temporarily fix and issue instead of doing things the correct way. The whole complex needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. The whole staff is lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, and nonchalant. They literally do the bare minimum. I will not be keeping my lease. As soon as I find something else I will be turning in a notice. I wouldn't even recommend this place to the devil himself. Run people run.
