Terrible company to work with. They were not able to locate our mortgage nor get the closing amount needed to close on our property in time. I ended up getting the closing amount from the bank. The whole process was a nightmare.

Great people to mortgage through. Not only fast but thorough in explaining the ins and outs of a mortgage. Would easily do business with them again.

I didn't even get an opportunity to rate this company from working with them because the first time I called them the receptionist sent me to someone's voicemail and I never got a call back. Then I called this morning and the receptionist told me that they don't do titles and she'd give me a number to a title company. I was surprised because they were not only recomended to me but I googled them to verify the phone number and their services. I will not use this company because well obviously they don't need my business.

Terrible experience with the closing mainly because we were given incorrect information on how to pay closing costs. Multiple people told us to bring cashier's check with the final amount. We got everything in order and had the cashier's check in hand. When we got to closing, they told us they couldn't accept the check and we'd need to wire the funds. Our banks policy is 24 hours to return funds to the account and because this is a Friday realistically the funds wouldn't make it to the payee until Monday. This screwed up our moving days and cost us PTO from work, mover cancellation fees, cancelation of electrician and HVAC guy, etc. Big pain in the butt for something that could be confirmed through a bank account application to confirm the funds are gtg. I hate jumping through hoops for things that should be easy. Will provide update if hey can find an exception.

Have utilized their services for 2 of my family home closings and thus far very satisfied. I will only go here for my future closings and I do NOT hesitate to highly recommend their services. There are many law firms that offer these services but these folks are the best and the lawyer that I always work with has been an exceptional person every time!!! :)

We have been here for three closings. I am not sure that there are really many alternatives depending on the real estate company, to go with anyone else. The staff is knowledgeable and tries to make it as fast as possible. Some people have been more professional than others, but not to a point where I was unsatisfied with their services. The next time we close I will ask if there are any less expensive options as their itemized costs are on the final documents and will come out of your settlement so that is a question you may want to consider asking up front. Not a ding on them, just something I wish I had asked when we listed our house. The only issue we had (again having used them three times) was we were told to bring identification, but when we arrived they said there was an issue with my wife using a military ID as it couldn't be copied for their records. We did not bring any additional ID for her as we were waiting for her new drivers license to be mailed. The issue was resolved and we were able to close on time, but that would have been helpful to know in advance.

My wife got very ill 5 days before our closing day, and we had plenty time to notice them we cannot buy the house because of illness. They cashed our earnest money $1000 immediately. We send them termination on time but they did not and don't want to return our earnest money. I lost my wife from her illness 2 months after we send the termination and they still don't want to send our earnest money. Now, I got free military attorney filing complaints on them because that contract is already terminated as I lost the person on the contract. They don't know what they are doing.

This business does closing mostly for military families buying houses in Cumberland county. A lot of local builders use this company to settle home purchases.

I am so thankful for the awesome team at Single Source. I can always count on the prompt, courteous professionalism from everyone at this office. From the smiles and fresh baked cookies at the front desk to the hard working ladies in the back that get all of my paperwork done. I am so appreciative of the on-time closings that have allowed me to focus on selling real estate while Single Source handles the rest. Joel Jenkins is my closing attorney, but Crystal, Heather, Amber, and Nicole make his job look easy:) Thanks for always doing a great job.
