I came in to the dealership for a oil change, tire rotation, and to have my drivers side front tire patched. They didn't want to patch the tire cause it was to close to the sidewall, but was happy to order me one. Even though it's a brand new truck under 13,000 miles with Express Five, roadside hazard protection on my tires and windshield, ect.. The gentleman said he couldn't find no information about my tire being covered. Then after I had to call around and get the number for them to file a claim on my tires. The gentleman acted like he didn't even want to help or make the call. After he insisted I go to another dealership or tire shop to make my claim. He called. I gave him the contract #. He said it didn't work and hung up. Every time I go in there, MOST of the service staff is short with me, acts like they are to busy to help me, or doesn't even look me in the eye to talk with me. I would drive to another state before I go back to cronic.

We had a great used car buying experience and Cronic Chevrolet and very specifically with Sales Professional Gary Coley. We got a fair deal that didn't require much negotiation and weren't hit with all the stereotypical and aggravating car sales techniques and nonsense. Gary was patient, helpful, courteous and I felt no pressure. I've bought a few cars in my days and this was easily the best experience. We drove a long way from North of Atlanta down to Griffin to get the car I wanted, but happy we did.

Extremely long wait periods. Waited and waited, then the person forgot why i was waiting. Some employees have memory issues and are incompetent. Multiple tag & title issues. Been here for hours for one sheet of paper. Its been almost 2 months since purchase date and still no tag. I've had to visit this establishment 2-3 per weeks since purchase date.

Very pleased. Mr. Julian was very attentive and took his time explaining and answering all my questions. Could not have asked for a better experience. He took his time and greeted everyone who came his way.

Wow.. the service was quick very professional love the customer service they welcome you in the morning always with a smile I will definitely recommend this spot for anyone has a vehicle and need an oil change. service to me it was excellent.

Just purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from Cronic. I cannot express how the complete process was so pressure free and confidence inspiring! From Gary Coley our sales person, to Jimmy Creath sales manager and Joey Butler service manager. This is our first dealership purchase that went far beyond expectations! A first class dealership that is made that way by first class people! Thanks guys and Thanks Cronic!!!!

I went to go buy a used car for my daughter for college and drove out with a brand new car. Received $5,000 in rebates and I didn't put a lot down. Best car experience ever.

Great place to buy your new or used vehicle. All the sales people are very nice and helpful, not pushy. They always go the extra mile to make sure your car shopping experience was a good one.

I'm getting to be less and less of a fan of Chevrolet, but Cronic is a great dealership and service department. If you already own a Chevrolet or god forbid you're going to buy a new one, I'd pick this place over it's closer competitors.

I had a wonderful experience here today. Please come see Dave Mcclarin, he is a very great salesman and he's not like most who try to get over. Where ever you may be it's worth the drive to this dealership. I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership, and I left here very happy. Also great manager there name Dave. I highly recommend this dealership.
