AC went out. Since we hadn't had regular maint for a couple of years. Googled AC repairs and read each company's website. I believe I called on a Wednesday, They were on-site the next day, gave me a quote to fix and clean the unit. I also signed up for one of their plans so it gets regular service which also gives you a discount for any repairs. They came on Friday and got everything back up and running. All were professional and courteous. Price was reasonable.
About a week or so later one of the boards on the unit outside blew, which they had told us wasn't great so called and they came to see what it was, gave us a quote and he called before to see if in stock or not. It wasn't but he gave a time frame and had fixed the unit to bypass so the AC would work in the interim. Again cost was reasonable. They will also call to follow up and make sure everything is good.
They don't try to sell you anything but they will tell you approximately how much longer you might expect before it will probably last. Ours is over 10 years old so I'd rather know than not.

For more than four years we have received exemplary service from Total Air. The Mini split installed yesterday, in just four hours, is something that I wish I had done sooner. Great installation, great technicians and excellent service for more than four years now. We appreciate your timeliness and service.

From initial phone contact to timely completion of the job they were professional, personable, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Their honesty was unquestionable and the pricing fair and reasonable. I'll definitely use them again, in fact I joined the Prime Maintenance Plan.

Jeff is a super nice guy! Very professional, honest and straightforward. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions and explain how EVERYTHING works. It’s so refreshing and comforting having Jeff working on my AC. I highly recommend him and Total Air.

This was one of the best repair experiences I've had. Within 2 minutes of submitting an inquiry online I received a text. I was kept informed. The technician sent was knowledgeable and friendly and quickly repaired the issue for a very affordable price.
