Bought a SUV a few years ago. Can't recall the sales persons name, but David Hey is my Service Rep. He's the best! David is very friendly and easy to work with. He keeps me posted on all the issues and what the cost will be before hand (even if he does call to say by the end of day they found 30+ nails in all 4 tires). David Hey is very knowledgeable of the car industry. Keep up the great work and I'll be back to visit ya David Hey!

I have been in the automotive industry for 40 years. Give or take a couple. Customer service is what keeps the doors open for all of us. I have to take my hat off to Travis Hall. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle for her. Travis took the time to explain the discounts and rebates on 3 vehicles we were interested in. After all was said and done it made our choice very easy. Our family has made 3 purchases from Cox this year. We would like to thank Cox and Travis Hall for your courtesy and professional manner on each deal. We have and will recommend Cox and Travis Hall for a great experience.

Recently made a purchase at this location and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. Nice staffeverything was organized and it didn't take too long for me to walk out with my new vehicle. I highly recommend this location to anyone. The salesman Juan Alvarez did a great job, and he ensured that I got the best deal possible. Overall it was a GREAT experience.

I had a wonderful experience at COX Chevrolet. I am new in the city and needed a car urgently. I ended up walking in just to check the cars and got a great opportunity to get a new 2017 model. Mr. Juan Alvarez was very nice and friendly with my husband and I. We had a great experience with him as he was honest, friendly and very professional. I will highly recommend anyone to go see him at this very friendly Car Dealer.

It was a really great experience. When I went to cox chevrolet and their costumer service is defiantly the best I have had. I want to thank Juan Alvarez for being an excellent salesman and a very kind and patient person. He worked with me for over two and a half hours and really help me walk out with a great deal on my new car.

Today we purchased a Chevrolet Trax. Our salesman, Jim Sweeney was terrific. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. The finance manager, Michael, was efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend Cox for a new vehicle. It is our 5th Chevy and not our last. Thanks Jim!

Amazing Experience from start to finish. I drove 4 hours to get there and would do it all over again just to deal with the team at COX. Latravis my salesperson was extremely professional and polite from the moment i inquired online. It was almost an instant response and was pretty much seamless throughout the entire deal. The used car sales manager (Eric?) was also extremely helpful and made everything a breeze. Keith the finance manager had me in and out in in about 5 minutes.

We were out of town on vacation and didn't have an appointment for service needed on my Malibu that wasn't running right. All the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They got us on our way quickly and we were able to enjoy the rest of our day and vacation. A huge relief and much appreciated!

We are so happy with our 2018 Equinox, we are still learning it. The car has all the bells & whistles. We enjoyed Tony Hockett and appreciated everything that he did to put us in this car. We really wanted a red car so put us in a Cajun Red car. He did everything that was asked of him. Her did an awesome job. Thank you.

In regards to my repair at the auto body shop at Cox Chevrolet. I choose to let some time run by before I write a review in repair jobs. Something that we need to get in the clear is the reason why we have to wait for two or three weeks at a time. Parts are not always readily available. Some of them need to be shipped in across town. Across states and sometimes even across country. Now I personally believe that a job that's rushed usually ends with less then acceptable results. So next time we may complain about the time or schedule that the repair shop gives us please remember, this is a team effort, a vehicle is a whole composed of many parts. People do this for their jobs. So let's put ourselves in their shoes and try to see a new perspective. In short, Yes I had to wait the time that they asked for. No I didn't get a rental. But, you better believe I was more then satisfied with the results. So thank you, to everyone who played a part. From the insurance representative to the mechanic who helped me get my car back on the road and looking good as new.

Cox Chevrolet is the best dealership by far. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do everything possible that when you leave their show room that you feel great and that you were treated like you were part of the family. I wouldn't even consider going to another dealership after dealing with the staff at Cox Chevrolet.

I just bought a new Silverado from Cox Chevrolet and what a great sales person Trent Carnegie was. He was professional and non-aggressive and very knowledgeable about the truck. Even after the sale when we discovered a personal item left in the truck he overnight expressed the item to us. What a great guy.! After a 35 year break from buying a vehicle from Cox Chevrolet, I will definitely be buying in the future.

So I am writing this review because I have been a customer of Cox Chevrolet for almost seven years now. Through many of the vehicles I have purchased they have always treated me with the utmost respect. We are now and have been family to each other. Oscar the New Car Salesman and Dan Miller are the two main individuals who I have dealt with the almost seven years. We have gotten to know pretty much everyone there because we even go in just to say hi and see how they are doing. We love them all to pieces. This last time we went in there we needed to find something quick to help me and my family out of a financial debt. Well once again they really came through as they always do for me. So I now own outright and would like everyone to meet fluffy my 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier. Oscar and Dan thank you so very much again for going out of your way to help me get what I wanted to help my family. Could not have done this without either of you. Brad Shultz was wonderful to deal with. He is realistic and down to earth. I told him what I wanted and he brought that exact vehicle to me to test drive. I never looked at another car. We purchased 2 new vehicles from him and I am very happy with his professionalism, his knowledge, his down to earth approach, and honesty. The gentleman that we signed the paperwork were also great. They were quick, organized, and efficient. It was a long day and I never felt that I was being lied to. I highly recommend doing you seek Brad out when making a purchase.
