  I recently tried CoolSculpting with Angie at SkinSmart and had an amazing experience. She was very kind and informative, the treatment was simple and even relaxing. It's only been 2 weeks and I can already see results!! The SkinSmart team is the best in town! No one even comes close!

  Dr. Elizabeth Callahan and her team are outstanding and Dr.Callahan is the best in the Cosmetic Dermatology field! I trust all my cosmetic needs to her and each and every visit this team more than exceeds my expectations.

  I have a low pain threshold and a fear of needles, so I was very apprehensive about my lip filler procedure. Dr. Callahan and her staff at SkinSmart Dermatology were very understanding and helped to quickly put me at ease. I experienced no discomfort and the procedure was a breeze. No pain, minimal down-time, and great results. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my lip procedure. Dr. Callahan is very detailed and thorough, an artist in her field! Thank you Dr. Elizabeth Callahan, you are amazing!
  
  Since this visit, I have returned multiple times for additional services and remain highly satisfied!

  Dr. Callahan is fantastic. She is the most talented dermatologist in my experience, both on cosmetic work and cancer screening.
  She is conservative and does a beautiful job with cosmetic work you may want done. On occasion where I had to have biopsies, she leaves little to no scar. Her staff is lovely too! Office is beautifully done and comfortable. Highly recommend.

  The office looks very welcoming, plus Molly and her assistant are very nice. Those are the only good thingsI can say, I was never told my insurance wouldn't cover the visit, until it was complete and they asked for a large amount of money. I also have not gotten the results after a month of the service. I called in today and was informed they tried me once on my phone, left no VM, and now they won't give me the results cause molly wanted to. Soooo I probably have cancer, but heck it wasn't important enough for them to call more the once, or even leave a Voice mail. The last thing Wendy who answered the phone is rude, and lacking the proper professional service to be talking to patients.

  Over the past few years I have suffered from acne. The first few visits I had I was seen by Brooke the NP and she was fabulous, took care of my needs. After she left I was seen by a terrible older lady I believe her name was Deborah who I dreaded to see . She was not very pleasant. And she called me non compliant because I would not take oral antibiotics to get rid of my acne, I just wanted to try topical. And she did not want to work with me. So I told myself that is the last time I'm seeing her. I decided to go to my primary Dr to discuss my problem and she prescribed exactly what I needed with no oral antibiotics at all. (my co pay was much cheaper as well) and voila my acne is gone after months of doing the treatment!! But unfortunately I am left with acne scars. So awhile back I was on the skin smart website filling out the consultation request. I have gotten no response . So I call last week and speak to the front desk and they direct me to the consultation line and I left a message. Expecting a call back later that day. Still no response!! Too many strikes for them I will be giving another dermatologist my business. The only reason why they get two stars is because of Brooke and she is no longer there. Terrible customer service
