Just okay compared to other Marriott's. No breakfast buffet instead they have a Starbucks Bistro without all the perks and variety. Breakfast is expensive for what they offer. Complimentary coffee ONLY in-room. Lobby coffee is Starbucks pay-to-drink.
ROOM: comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. Not enough hooks for toiletry bags and towels to dry. No garbage bin near toilet. Shower/Toilet combo separate from sink/vanity, which is open to the sleeping quarter. Not ideal for those that use a blow dryer and/or take more time to get ready for their day. I prefer other hotels for the price.
Good customer service and very clean rooms fun times down town shuttle guys were great very professional.
Good hotel to stay in Palm Springs. It's not far from the center and very affordable. I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago. Now it was remodeled and looks great. Their bistro acrually is a very convenient place to eat if you are not feeling like going out.
Got there very late and Yolanda was very helpful. I needed to print a paper and she took her time to show me how it needed to be done.
Nice place to stay! I got a view to the pool. In the morning i noticed the beautiful view of the mountain!
I love the pillows!
The Courtyard by Marriott Palm Springs is nicely decorated just like other locations, so the second you walk in it will feel familiar even if you haven't been to this one before. It is centrally located and well maintained. You can count on fresh, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your requests are taken care of. If you are looking for an economical hotel that still has an upscale boutique hotel feel, you won't go wrong at Courtyard by Marriott Palm Springs.
The hotel is simple but pleasant. And at great rates! The only reason I rated it a four star is because their bistro closes too early at 9:30am and opens late until 5pm. Otherwise, great hospitality.
Very, very good place. My wife just happened to fine a big water bug at 4:45 am in the bathroom, you can guess what happened next!!!!!! Out of a dead sleep my life stopped. They give us a sandwich and hot wings but no room credit as promised so far.
We went for a two-night mid-week visit. The hotel is not very crowded. This is in June. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room with a nice view of the mountains. The beds were super comfortable. Check-in and check-out was very easy. There is a bistro offering some food items in the morning and in the evening. My only complaint is that they did not have free coffee available. But that's no biggie.
Seriously, don't ever go here. It's in a great location and has all the amenities (if you're into that sort of thing) but the rooms are a quality on par with motel 6.
I grew up in palm springs and had always seen this hotel as this high-end, luxury reserved for those of means, and was genuinely excited to stay here. But I was really disappointed.
Plus, ever since my stay I've been receiving sales calls which are very obnoxious. I called the hotel and they claimed they knew nothing about the calls, so I have to assume they sell client's information to third party advertisers.
In addition, there's no option for smoking rooms, or even a designated area (which was not mentioned in the booking procedure) so just be aware of that before dropping your money at this hotel.
Stayed for 4 nights in a second floor room overlooking the pool. Quiet and cozy, the room was well-appointed and a fair size. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is located fairly close to town but not quite walking distance.
Fantastic hotel! The property is in a great location, rooms are very well appointed and clean. The front desk staff are warm and greet you every time you walk through the door (don't see that very often anymore), and the pool area and bistro are excellent additions. Would highly recommend this property if you're ever looking for a nice getaway in the desert
The hallways Smells like a geriatric hospital wing. The room is very austere and plain. The bathroom is one step up from a trailer park stall - apparently they let a left handed monkey squeeze chalking in to water damaged crevices. I expect more from a Marriott; the quality is more like a budget hotel. At least with those you get a free breakfast. The parking lot stalls are a narrow joke. The only positive is the mattress was excellent. The staff were more like sloths and not very helpful, there's very little conveniences offered. I'm the fool for having stayed here. A mistake I won't be repeating.
This hotel is perfect. It's quiet, calm, clean, and well maintained. It's very close to the airport, only a five minute drive. The front desk is always helpful and patient! Great hotel! Some rooms have balconies and are with either a mountain view or pool facing.
