The staff was courteous and friendly. No request seemed to big or a bother to them. The environment was great and I will be recommending this easily findable and accessible site.

It was a very good experience. I was given an upgrade upon my arrival. The staff was friendly and the location was very good. Gas, restaurants, and an abundance of shops for shipping.

Our visit was really, really good. Clean room. Great mattresses. Good WiFi. Good TV with fast channel changing. The shower was good and hot. The USB charging outlet and 110V outlets built into the desk are a great idea. My only nitpick was pillows that were too soft. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The newly lobby, and banquet rooms are awesome. And they made a difference!!! The used furnishings they donated to Habitat for Humanity of Marion County to sell in their ReStore helps them build affordable homes. They are good corporate citizens who invest into the community.

Great place to stay. No free breakfast, but they have a nice small cafe/bistro for breakfast and light dinner. Rooms are snug but comfortable.

Made a pit stop here traveling from Pensacola to ft Lauderdale. The price was right and the rooms were clean. It had a cracker barrel beside it which made it a plus. There is a Starbucks inside with limited drinks. Excepts military discounts also. 4 people $101.00

We come to Ocala once a year for our sons basball tournament. We decided to stay here because it SEEMED to be a nice place. From the time we arrived everything went wrong. The second we walked into the hall the a/c seemed to be "off". The first room we were given, was dirty. They moved our room to the 3rd floor, where the hall was also HOT. This room was no better, the AC would not go any lower than 76 degrees (probably due to the heat in the hall) and the maintenance guy said there was really nothing he could do. Our comforters had to
Be changed, due to blood stains, the fridge did not work, and we had a huge wasp nest outside of our balcony. Now mind you, they attemped to correct all of the issues except the AC, but I think this place is way over rated. Resort prices for basically a super 8 motel. We loved our stay!! The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool wasn't freezing which was great!! Room was very nice, bed was comfy. Thanks!

Nice room, mattress a bit soft for my loving it bit I slept just fine. Beautiful pool area. Nice restaurant with nice pricing too. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll stay there again when I'm next in Ocala.

The room was very modern. The amenities looked new and clean. Plenty of pillows. TV working well. The staff was nice. They gave us a complimentary water bottle. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant. I'd definitely recommend.
