Barkeep was very friendly and receptionist was polite. Room was clean and didn't have that "hotel smell" like the air conditioner was musty, it smelled very clean. The water in the showers are soft and the beds are softer. Room service is available and the atmosphere was very quiet.

The marriage ceremonies I have officiated here are fantastic. Bridal couples are expertly guided by their wedding coordinator. They are less stressed because everything is taken care of. I have recommended this venue for weddings and will continue to do so. Rooms nice and clean, but staff at front desk unfriendly. Reserved a room for two nights for a friend's wedding, and was told I'd have to switch rooms after the first night. I was okay with this, except I needed to have a place to get ready for the wedding. I was assured that I would receive a call before the room was locked. I didn't. The doors locked without warning and I was unable to prepare for the wedding.

Great hotel with mostly great staff! We had a lovely stay on the club level till we were checking out. The gracious front desk lady was in the process of checking us out till Rich, the general manager, called her away to talk about the property code. He didn't even have the courtesy to look at us and say excuse me but can I borrow her for a minute? His action said what he was doing was more important. Guests should come first.

Extremely nice people. Pet friendly! Beautiful pet area. Feliz Nice quiet area! The employees go out if their way to make you feel at home. From the managers to the waiters, all class act. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff and all the employees were so accommodating and made us feel at home. I stayed here during Hurricane Irma and my hubby is and employee. It was amazing how well we were treated. I'd like to thank every person who treated me like family. Best Hotel ever! Try it out you will love it!

Great property with strong management and super friendly staff in the heart of horse country. Easy access to the interstate. The restaurant staff are courteous and prompt. The property is undergoing some upgrades and renovations including the pool area. The neighborhood has all the shopping and eateries you could ever need. They have their own horse out back and the kids loved it.

I went to the Hilton Ocala because of the Ocala Comic Con and the hotel staff was very polite. The place was consistently clean and tidy. Definitely will be back.

The hotel was easy to get to from the highway. The room was nice but the mini fridge was tiny. Unfortunately the pool was under construction so we weren't able to use it.

Always enjoying staying at this hotel. Clean rooms & great service. Usually stay in a 1 bedroom suite & they could use some additional updating, especially carpet. Restaurant has great food, but sometimes service is slow, nice to have room service. Overall a good experience.

Marriage ceremonies at Hilton Ocala give many options to a the bridal couple. I've created then officiated country theme weddings at the barn, romantic vows in the gazebo, contemporary ceremonies at the pool, theme weddings in their wedding pavilion (one even had a Huge Chinese Dragon!) and elegant traditional marriages in the ballrooms. I recommend the Hilton b/c although I'm hired by the couple, I see myself and hear their feedback of how the staff gave them professional attention and personal care. Also, it's easier for the couple to have everything in the same place, the rehearsal & dinner, wedding ceremony, reception and a place where your family and guests will comfortably stay (no worries about drinking then driving) and of couse, the Horse! Hilton Ocala has a horse drawn carriage that brings the Bride then whisks the couple away after their vows.
