  This hotel has about a 3 star average. I give it 5 because I like to rate based on customer experience. When I checked in the I was greeted by the front desk representative Martha. She was very friendly and asked about my day was going; something you don't see as often as we should from hotels, it's usually hello and your last name. I asked her for reccomndations to local Mexican and she mentioned several and printed out directions and reviews and her personal opinion. We chose one and it was very good just as she said. My wife wanted tea, I went down to their cafe but it was closed. I asked Martha I was looking to get a couple cups of tea and she asked what kind and prepared me the two teas from Starbucks without hesitation. We need more people in the customer services like Martha to gives us a great customer experience. In the morning we were greeted once again by a great friendly good morning and how was your stay. Thank you Marriott and management for setting these standards.

  Cozy in the winter !! The rooms are all well kept and always clean. I stay here for work and have great time . Staff even gave to us shavel when our car got stuck in snow... overalls good establishment!!!

  It's an older hotel but they have updated the amenities. The beds we're very comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice. We only stayed one night and left super early to catch a flight so we didn't eat breakfast or need many services.

  We had a very good experience staying here. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Midway Airport and maybe 15-20 minutes from downtown (with no traffic of coarse) There is also a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel which is a huge plus. The only complaint I had was there were some large stains on the carpet when we first checked in to our room (looked like someone spilled something) However, after calling down to the front desk, the cleaning staff made sure everything was cleaned while we were gone for the day. Thank you Courtyard staff for a wonderful stay!

  Location of this hotel is nice and convenient from I55 and for access to Midway airport. It's also a great option if you are going sight seeing or attending events in the city as it is half the price of downtown hotels. Be aware that they do charge $17 a day for parking.

  This is a great hotel! The rooms were nice. The staff was great. However, you have to pay for EVERYTHING! You pay for coffee, breakfast, parking, drinking water, everything. The on-demand movies are $17.99 each and each time you watch it. Missed a part, pay for it. You pay $17 just to park in their lot. No security, no covered parking. Just a parking lot. We did get a coffee on the house because it was my wife's birthday. But everything else, be prepared to pay. Staff and room great. They even tell you, "We'll charge it to your room," with a smile.

  Very clean and nice hotel. Great customer service and a super soft bed. They gave us waters and Nut/fruit mix. Reasonable pricing for how nice this place is. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and appealing place to stay near midway Airport. Awesome shuttle that comes every 20 minutes. 10/10 would stay here again. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

  Great stay as always with Marriott. I came in after midnight and my reservation expired since it was a new day. Wanda still got me into to a room. Great service as always.

  The property was in pretty decent shape with comfortable rooms and a decently updated lobby. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Although the property is very close to the airport if you need to return a rental car plan for a few extra minutes because the route to the rental car return is pretty busy.

  Very courteous staff. Suggestions for what to do with our rental car (keep it vs using hotel shuttle). Also gave us great directions to where we were going. Very convenient location for an early morning flight out of Midway.

  We had an overnight stay at the Courtyard Marriott Midway Airport for a business meeting. The room was very nice. The desk agent, Millicent was so pleasant and helpful. She greeted us immediately with smile. I had to ask her did she work all night because she was there when we arrived about 3pm and also when we checked out the next morning.

  Quoted rate was $149.99 and after all the taxes it was basically $200, which was the only negative. Very nice building and facilities. Bed was very comfortable, in-room refrigerator and sofa. Marriott always delivers.
