Big room friendly staff Starbucks inside. pool hot tub exercise Center. Room does not have microwave but has a refrigerator. Tv 30 inch WiFi was good

We were staying overnight for two nights for a family trip. The beds we're nice and the room was clean. The only problem we had was our toilet did not flush right. However, it was fixed immediately after we mentioned it. Overall, very happy.

We we're told the couch turned into a pull out full bed and that a cot would be available. Cot wasn't available and the couch bed was only a twin, and very uncomfortable. Staff was nice, but also no breakfast. Not impressed

Rooms are updated (as of mid 2017) but some of the basics are missing, like proper working locks on glass sliding doors and even deadbolts lining up well on the room door. The bistro for breakfast (what I can speak to) produces very basic foods - only the fruit seems fresh, not frozen. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical, and an adjustable bench with some dumbbells. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and quiet at night, is in a safe area of town, and has quick access to the interstate. Decent option for the area.

GREAT hotel! The room was a bit cozy for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it was clean and comfortable. I was in town for a meeting during the day and we planned on leaving in the evening. They were gracious enough to allow us a late check-out to accommodate our little ones' afternoon nap. Way above and beyond! Thank you!

The hotel is off Veterans Parkway on east side of the city, about 10 minutes off Interstate 55. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and pull out sofa. The room was very clean. It had a small fridge, desk, shower, no tub. We paid for the breakfast that included scrambled eggs, potatoes, french toast sticks, sausage, cereal.

I stay here every time I visit our IL office. Property is alway super clean. I love the food from the Bistro. It's super easy to eat verses going somewhere else. The staff is super friendly
