Courtesy is a nice place they are a hard place to deal with trying to make a trade when you can go outside of the area and do lot better less hassle

The staff at Courtesy of Kingsport are amazing! They treat me like family and take great care of me! I haven’t met a single staff member who isn’t absolutely amazing! I won’t do business anywhere else! They’ve made this Chevy Silverado drivin’ country girl so happy!

When I purchased a new 2017 Silverado I would have anticipated that I would have had road hazard protection on my tires. I came in for my first free service and told them that I thought I had a nail in my tire and requested that it be fixed. The service manager told me that it would cost $30 to plug the tire and I responded that I would to take it to Walmart and have them plug the tire for 10 bucks. I have always had issues with Courtesy's Service Dept. I will deal with the great sales force but other than free service from the service department I will not be using. I just simply did not like the attitude of the service manager and the only reason I gave you a two star rating is because the employee that took care of me was excellent.

This was my first purchase at Courtesy and will not be my last. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, making you feel like a long time valued customer. We are also very pleased with the deal we got on the purchase of our Buick Encore. And I am loving my Encore!!

Courtesy Chevrolet has outstanding Customer service. We called their service department for their help while we still on the road between Virginia and Florida. Even though they did not have the alternator in stock when we called they had it by the time we arrived. They installed it, taking just enough time for us to have lunch across the street and get us on the road in an hour.

This service department is second to none. The service writers are very knowledgeable and courteous. Every issue is explained in detail and they make sure we understand if there are other options available. Tina Holder, the service manager, is amazing. She is not only accessible, she shows interest in being involved if necessary. This department is the gold standard!
